I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

They have an online system but the invoices are not scanned in and THEIR invoices are not itemized. This means that you have no clue what you paid for. Their communication skills are zero. They don't return phone calls or emails on a timely basis and if they happen to contact you back, it has nothing to do with why you called in the first place. They play stupid very well. I would love to give zero stars but the site won't let me. Bottom line - find another property management company that will be honest, not overcharge you, and has better communication skills. Your pocket book will thank you in the long run.

They only did surface level cosmetic work afterwards. They also are now misrepresenting the property online listing it as a four bedroom two bath when it is actually a five bedroom three bath this includes the room in the basement with the bathroom they left that out entirely. In my view, the way they treated my family especially my dying father showed a complete lack of empathy and ethics and morals. It was inhumane to say the least.
