They don't return phone calls or emails on a timely basis and if they happen to contact you back, it has nothing to do with why you called in the first place. They play stupid very well. I would love to give zero stars but the site won't let me. Bottom line - find another property management company that will be honest, not overcharge you, and has better communication skills.
