Let me start this by saying that we have always had good food at BWW, and today was no exception. My problem came from the fact that I had to argue with a waitress (yes, literally argue) about condiments for our food. My wife eats her fries with Mayo, and she had asked for a side of mayo with her sandwich, to which the waitress replied "there's already mayo on the sandwich"...so I had to ask her not only twice, but three times before she would go get it. Same with me, only mine was mustard...had to ask 3 times before she would go get it. (and then she had someone else bring it to the table, and we NEVER saw her again. Fast-forward to end of meal... We were finished and just sitting there waiting for the check, which no-one ever voluntarily brought to our table. So I asked for the check and to speak to the manager, to which I got attitude from one of the servers. Long story short, I spoke to manager to explain to him that it wasn't the food, but the absolutely horrible service we received that I was concerned about, and to explain why there would be no tip left for the wait staff from this visit. He shook my hand, asked me to see the bill, and promptly said "it's taken care of." Will we be back? Probably...like I said the food is always good. (Maybe somebody just had a really bad day). Food was ok. Bartender and service were good. The menu listed a Friday special on tall Craft beers. The have a different defintion of what a craft beer is. Pick 6 for$19.99 includes two entrees, two sides, and two fountains with free refills. We almost ran them dry of Diet Pepsi. The wings came out fast, and the waitress stopped by frequently. Would recommend maple BBQ and spicy garlic wings. I wish I could substitute the carrots and celery as a side. The potato wedges had great crisp, but flavor was basic potato. Typical BWW experience. The manager and server were very nice. There was a debacle with seating at first, however, the manager fixed us up because we weren't part of that fiasco. That was NOT the restaurant's fault other than they should have told the party request for 50 people "no". The food was fine. Typical B-dubs. Kitchen was a bit slow. read more

Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. I'm a fan of B-Dubs, and visiting the area I decided to try something that I know is good and like always they delivered. The service was fast, and my food came out super fast, the staff was very friendly and left satisfied and full. If you are in Aberdeen don't waste your time in the other wing place that mimics this one... read more

Waiting 15 minutes and no one even took a drink order. Unacceptable in my mind. Don't waste your time.

I ordered via DoorDash, the fries were absolutely HORRIBLE. They were cold and stale as week old McDonald's Fries that had been left on the backseat of someone's car in the middle of Death Valley. They were just plain bad. Every time I have ordered from here, it has been just been bad. Last time I had wings that still had feathers on them. One of the burgers I ordered this time had one of the bamboo sticks broken off inside the burger and my coworker almost ended up with part of it jammed into his mouth. I wish I could give zero stars... Or definitely negative stars... I figured I would give them another chance... Boy have I learned my lesson. Wowzers.... That was just bad. read more

Not even officially open screwed up my order 100 percent. Fries were cold , no condiments on the table , mac and cheese tasted like soup , only saw my waitresses 2 times , then when we finally got our order everything was cold , horrible service, just garbage. read more

I went here for a date night with my boyfriend. The place was busy, but we were seated immediately. Our server promptly greeted us and had some great drink recommendations for us. I got a Hibiscus Margarita and it was great! I have been recommending it to my friends since we went. I also had a burger and fries, as well as fried pickles for a shared appetizer. I thought everything tasted great and it was all brought out in a timely manner. Our server was so cheerful and positive, I enjoyed having her. 10/10 would return again. read more

Food always cold. Managers most of the time don't give a crap and talk crap about customers. Found things in my food. Was crappy over priced food. I can by the same same at the store. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not even my dog. read more

Did carry out tonight, ordered 6:30 pickup said 7:30. Got there a few minutes early food was in a big warmer. Got home missing one fry, everything else was cold. Hardly any sauce on sandwich. Please figure out how to serve hot food on takeout. read more

My friend spilt a drink and the bartender with the box mod vape from 2015 was very rude. It was a pink vape and she had it in back pocket, very unprofessional. She didn't even offer a new drink and seemed very upset. She went overboard with the cleaning and seemed to be freaking out about how the beer went all over. It didn't spill off the bar. One of the worst meals I have had. Service was okay, but the food was horrible. Soggy cold onion rings. Sandwich was slightly warm and tasted like a poor cut of roast that had been in the freezer for about a year and then had been warmed in old tallow for most of the day. Caesar salad that was made with brown and wilted iceberg lettuce.  Don't give me Caesar dressing with iceberg lettuce and call it a Caesar salad. Maybe call it a peasant Caesar. A poor-man's Caesar. A trailer park Caesar. Honestly I have never had worse onion rings at ANY fast food joint. I will try talking anyone visiting Aberdeen out of going to B-Dubs. Sat at bar. Last 2 experiences not very good but thought would give it one more try. arr around 5 Sunday. Not very busy. Chicken tenders like rubber. General manager beh bar wouldn't make eye contact with me and waliked by multiple times. Had to almost yell to get a beer. Not sure how this restaurant staying open. read more

Just left BWW without ordering. Multiple tables empty and un bussed, yet people are waiting up to 20 minutes to get seated. Can only guess how slow service would be. Went to other local restaurant and were eating in 10 minutes. Disappointing. read more

I ordered at 4:50 and picked up my order around 5:25, when I got home 2 items out of the order were messed up (one had the wrong sauce and one had no sauce). I called as soon as we realized the issue and they told us they would call when our new food was done, 45 minuets later I called them and it still wasn't ready. It's currently 6:45 and i'm still waiting. Not to mention every time i've gotten food from them it's been cold. We just got our new food and it's still wrong! read more

I tried one more time tonight, online ordering failed and said to call in. I called and the slowest minded person answered. After finally getting order placed was told a price. i said that is way lower than the online price. after a few minutes she said I was right and just rattled a number close to the online price i mentioned. By now my food is set to be ready 20 minutes later than when I first tried to order. I arrived about 4 minutes early, go in there are no to-go or delivery orders waiting, she goes and checks the kitchen and another few minutes was told it would be at least 20 minutes.
