We decided to meet with friends to watch the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs wild card game at Buffalo Wild Wings. The game started at 7 pm, and we got to the restaurant around 6 pm. to make sure we got a table. We were told our wait would be 45 minutes, but luckily, our table was ready in 32 minutes. The service was great, and we had a lot of TV views to choose from. My husband and our friends ate the wings. Their favorite sauces were the Asian Zing and the Mango Haberno. I have been to a few BW3's over the years, and I have to say, this location is really good. I came here with a business associate that lives in Columbus, OH, who has been coming to BW3's for years. I had no idea that it was originally called BW3's, but thanks to him, now I know a lot more about the history of the franchise. I ordered the 10 traditional, 5 medium, 5 hot, wet, and cooked well. They were great. We split a large order of cheese curds, and a large order of onion rings, and both were great. I've gotten pick up orders at BWW's all year, but it's nice to be able to eat inside with friends and just sit and hang out and watch football games for hours and hours. The service was great; we had a super sweet waitress. To eat, I got my favorite thing here... boneless wings! We got half mild and half in their medium sauce. They were both really delicious with or without the ranch. I also had some fries. I didn't really like them. They were thin and cold. So I probably won't get fries again at this location. Last weekend was my first time trying on of their cocktails. It was delicious! I got the Knockout Punch which was basically like fruit juice. Just the way I like it! I want to congratulate manager of this BWW location! I have a special needs son and frequently take he and his roommate. Ashley Simmons- one of his amazing servers- is so nice to him and treats him with such respect and dignity. She went above and beyond her job duties to get a message to his family that he was being mistreated by one of his caretakers. This was not the first time we got a complaint about this caretaker...She helped protect my son and get this woman out of his life. Cannot thank her enough. (She is management material!) We had a guy's night out and the server gave us wonderful customer service. She was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and you only get paper menus upon request. They really want you to scan a QR code to look at an online menu. I had the bacon cheese curd burger. The curds seemed a little colder then the burger, but the burger was very good. Why four stars? Well, because of service and just an all around great location. I've been going to BWW since it was BW3's and rarely go back anymore due to what fate befalls most chain restaurants...mass production, lesser quality food and all around laziness of management. Much to surprise, I stepped into BW3's (which i still call it and some people look at me like I'm crazy)...and for you BW3 newbies, it's Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck. Look it up on Wikipedia. Beef on Weck is a delicious sandwich, but I digress, this review is about this specific location which was seriously nice. Can I still get a Beef on Weck sandwich @ BW3's? I don't know...I should have asked. We rolled up on a Saturday night with 8 people in our party and were seated immediately. Service was on point. The management here is obviously paying attention and the waitstaff cares about their jobs. I ordered a double cheeseburger with a side salad, and most of our party was a mix of wing and other dishes. Everyone at the table was happy including the one child we had with us. Beer was EXTREMELY cold, and when I asked for a Shock-Top no fruit, they brought it with no fruit. (BTW, the whole orange/lemon/lime in a beer thing is just WRONG, in my opinion). Burger wasn't a face melting experience, but it wasn't bad either. Someone ordered onion rings to share, and they came out hot as H.E. Double Hockeysticks and had a special BW's sauce on the side. Have been to a few BWW's now. Comparing this to other locations locally, they really don't go out of their way to impress. Seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon about 1:00. They have plenty of parking and seating so waits, if any, should be very minimal. Waitress was quick to get our drink orders and was very accommodating bringing out samples of a couple of the wings flavors for us to try. Once we had a chance to sample and decide what we wanted our orders were placed quickly and the food came out pretty fast as well. My friends shared a medium order of boneless wings with a side of fries. If you are sharing with someone I would say that the medium size combined with fries is the perfect size, if you can agree on what flavor to get. They had the regular BBQ and had sides of Spicy BBQ to heat it up a little. Mine, I went with the snack size boneless with a small French fry. I had the dry rub Chipotle, which packs a pretty good punch for what they classify as a medium heat. Also, get the Asian Zing to dip in to add a little hint of spicy sweet. We were checked on early on to make sure food was good and drinks were filled on a regular basis. Nothing about the experience is rushed, and we actually had to ask for the bill when we wanted it, which is kind of nice. But, something about the experience is just kind of off. They are friendly and the food was good, but it just missed the mark of getting a 4 star review. I would return, and will update the review if the experience is better. Here's the deal, if you're looking to drink a bunch of cheap beer, in a loud place, where you can watch a game on a big tv, and you don't mind mediocre at best food and mediocre at best service, then you'll probably like this place more than I do. I kind of already knew that this was a frozen burger patty kind of place, but in the spirit of having an open mind, I stopped in the other day on a whim to grab a bite to eat and a beer. The server didn't do a bad job. But not a particularly good one either. I had to send them back to get the pickles for the burger. Not a huge deal, but not an accurate order either. The beer list is long, and distinctly lacking any really good stuff. Its diverse, but if you're a beer snob, you'll be disappointed. Nothing in the "big beer" category is available via this menu. Cleanliness....again, it wasn't some kind of terrible, repulsive environment that you wouldn't want to eat in, but the food runner was blowing bubbles with her gum while running food, the manager and a kitchen employee were both walking around chewing food, you know...like that's not exactly a crime against humanity, but it is against the health code, and its definitely a bad look for restaurant employees to have their mouths full of food out on the floor. The burger...yes...it was indeed from a frozen patty. Either that, or they've mastered the art of making it taste as though it was without that actually being the case. Just a relatively bland, below average bar food kind of burger served on something just shy of a fresh bun. Fries were ok, but again, not great. So 2 stars guys. You didn't do anything horrible, but you didn't do anything really well either. Food...not something I would really have a desire to eat again. Service...decent, but then the manager with his mouth full of food and the runner blowing bubbles with her gum while carrying food...come on. Be professional. You're blowing it. Even with creating the account, we were charged buy one get one 1/2 off and not buy one get one free. We were there for 2 1/2 hours because nobody helped our server with the checks, they were messed up multiple times and we just gave up and paid because we couldn't wait any longer. Couldn't even bite into the tender or boneless wings because they were so hard with breading and no chicken. No refills, silverware, or boxes were offered. Wait for food was not worth it. I typically go to BW3 on Tuesday, for there traditional wing special of .70$ each. Today, I walked in to get the usual and realized they changed the deal to half off! Which is better because it's actually cheaper this way. Unfortunately, the special does not include the boneless wings. Side note: The special for boneless wings is now on Thursdays. As far as the traditional wings go, I order mine extra extra crispy and in the desert heat rub. If not ordered extra crispy, you risk getting soggy skinned wings. The skin sticks to your teeth and honestly they are not appetizing. I prefer the rub because it's a healthier option than sauce. If I am in the mood for saucy versus healthy I choose the mango habenero. Warning if you have a paper belly do not attempt to get either of these. Very spicy/ hot! I enjoy the atmosphere at BW3. I do not feel I have to dress up to visit. I can relax. Watch the sporting team of my choice and usually hear the game, unlike other sports bars. read more

I usually avoid places like this...just not my thing. But, I was bored and tired of hospital food so I figured "what the heck?" Like most sports bars, it's loud with TVs glaring in all directions. Kind of dark for my taste. The host and servers were friendly and attentive. I got the Naked Tenders, which are basically grilled chicken fingers. They could've stayed on the grill a bit longer, as they were a little rubbery. I also had a side salad in which the lettuce had seen better days. Several wilted pieces were present. We come to this BWW like once a week or two. We usually come on Sunday and watch NFL while we eat but decided to come on Saturday to watch Auburn play. We always sit at the bar because the service and atmosphere is so great. But today the food was good but atmosphere was like walking into a empty mall with no one to help you. Our server whose name starts with H rolled her eyes twice when we asked why there was no sound inside (there was outside) for the Auburn game. Finally on the second request she got the manager who turned on the sound. She never asked us how our food was and we had to ask the manager for help to replace some of our food. Half the fun of going to BWW is the overstimulation of sound while your eating watching and listening to the game. It's a sports bar for crying out loud. The bartender was extremely rude, and service was horrible. Worst experience i have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The person sitting next to me and my 73 year old father was obnoxious and also very rude to us. To expand upon what was happening, this person was whispering insults to me and my dad the entire night without addressing us directly. It was truthfully insane, so I assumed something must have been wrong with the person and tried to ignore it. Finally when I addressed the situation directly we found out that she had friends who she wanted to sit next to and was trying to rush me to finish my food and leave so our seats would open up. I couldnt believe how immaturely she had handled it. When I tried to calmly handle the situation with the wait staff I was incredibly (but not surprisingly) treated rudely by them as well, and told to leave.
