Ate there today. Ordered classic chicken wrap with no tomatoes. Came out with tomatoes. Sent it back and it comes back loaded with ranch. I ordered the classic which doesn't state ranch. Sent it back again and comes back with no sauce at all which was suppose to be mild. Not even dry rub. Felt bad for the server but he could have clarified to them the first time it was sent back or even the second. Everyone else was done eating by the time I got mine. I typically order takeout for pickup, and I've noticed a decline in the quality of the food recently. The ranch dressing is not to my preference, which is unfortunate because I consider it an important part of the wing experience. The quality of the wings are also horrible lately. -- they're overcooked, dry, and lacking in sauce!!!! Additionally, there's still plain breading on the wings, which is disappointing. I understand that extra sauce comes with an additional cost, but the wings have been too dry to enjoy as they are, and I was expecting them to be more flavorful and saucy, not some chicken nuggets. read more

The wings were dry and overcooked, they were really skimpy on the bbq sauce when they tossed them. Take out on the app said 20 minutes but I waited an additional 25 for my food. The burger was delicious and because of that I will give them another chance. Service was acceptable but they didn't get my dressings right. I really want this relationship to work. I haven't had wings in years however, 1st time going today, and the staff was very efficient, quick, friendly, and the service was fabulous! We didn't have to wait very long for our order, the wings were tender, juicy, very tasty I got the honey wings, perfect! Ordered online and I got there exactly when it was quoted but I waited another 20 minutes. I stood by the online ordering counter while at least six employees walked past me and didn't say a word. Finally, someone helped me and said that they're still working on it and there was a lot of frustrated customers. Got home and my order was totally wrong even though the receipt said what the right items were. I called up to complain. They said they couldn't do anything unless a manager came to the phone and they took my number down and said they would call me when they had a chance and I've never gotten a call. Stay away from this restaurant. It is not run very good, nothing but problems. Maybe the north branch is better but who knows. read more

I came here to kill time when my flight got delayed 8 hours! Sat at the bar, very quick service. The bartender was very kind. I wanted a "happy hour" snack off the $3 menu but that wasn't available during the hours I was there. She was very kind and figured out how to make it work so I could have it while I was there. No cellphone chargers at the bar which was a bummer for the situation I was in. Plenty of TVs for watching games. Thy have an outdoor patio, doesn't seen like for service but a few people took there drinks out there for a smoke. read more

It disappoints me greatly to have to post this review, but at this point it feels like the community needs to know what to be on guard for when getting takeout from this BWW location on 3rd Street in Bismarck. At the end of July, my family ordered appetizers, sandwiches, and chicken wings for takeout from here. We did a quick check of the bag when we were in the parking lot, but it wasn't until we got home we discovered we didn't receive the appetizers or the fries that were supposed to come with the sandwiches (about $20 of missing food). No problem. Everyone makes mistakes. We call right away and are told a refund for the missing food will be processed to the credit card in 2 business days. Still no refund after 5 business days so we call back and are told it will actually be 7-10 business days. About 10 days later, our credit card is credited $4, vastly short of the food ordered but not received (not to mention the tip that was provided in anticipation of good service). We go into the restaurant to get this issue fully resolved and are told the General Manager, Brittany, will call us back the next day. No call or contact is received from anyone. We see in response to other Google reviews the request from the owner to fill out the form in the FAQ's under 'Orders & Visits' and get a message the next day indicating we will get a response within 2-4 business days later. We did that about two weeks ago and still have heard nothing. Sensing a theme? The original mistake of not including all of our items was not a big deal as I'm completely sympathetic to how hard it is out there for restaurant workers. What is unacceptable...the management of this store not promptly making it right without giving us the runaround. TL;DR CHECK AND OPEN EVERY BOX OF YOUR TAKEOUT ORDER IN THE STORE TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVED EVERYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE A FINANCIAL DONATION TO THE OWNERS. read more

Do not show up to this restaurant with 5 or more people or at all. This restaurant was not busy whatsoever and we got kicked out of our seats in the dining area as well as in the bar area. They do not have any seating for more than 4 in the bar area and the workers were extremely disrespectful and not accommodating as they just told us to talk to the hostess instead of helping us find a table to sit at. I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings that disrespects their customers and shoves them to the side. Very disappointed in the Buffalo Wild Wings staff at this location. I ordered wings tonight (delivery, via door dash) through BWW's app and I was initially very impressed with how quickly the wings arrived. Unfortunately, our order was partially incorrect. I called them up and asked if they could send over a corrected order. Within 15 minutes the manager himself (Eric) showed up with his own vehicle (because I assume they couldn't just have the 3rd party delivery service do it again without placing a whole new order) and delivered the correct order. Except what he gave me was way above and beyond what I ordered. I don't want to brag about how generous they were to me because I wouldn't want people to expect that as it was definitely done because they really wanted happy customers. I can tell you I am incredibly happy. As long as this location is being managed by managers that honor their customers like Eric does, they should be rewarded with loyal patronage!!!! Wow! read more

We are frequent visitors here, wether it be dine in or take out. Due to covid changing the way we dine out, we have been utilizing their take out/curbside pickup. We have done this 5 times or so and every single time, our order is incomplete. This is very frustrating as I don't check my bag while I'm there, I trust that they prepared it correctly. For example, tonight the manager packaged my items and used a sticker to seal the top of the bag. Got home and I was missing items. Thankfully I don't live terribly far away, but still an inconvenience to have to go back and let my food at home get cold. I know I'm not the only one, because as I was waiting for them to fulfill my missing items, they received another call that an order was incomplete. I think they need to slow down a little bit and triple check that everything that needs to be packed is in the bag. Our family of 5 came in to eat tonight and were very underwhelmed with the quality of service, unfortunately. We arrived at 5:30 and drinks were ordered, however, beers took about 10 min to arrive. Our server was pretty busy and we waited for about 15 minutes to order after we got beers. Some of our food arrived 45 min later, with 3 of us still waiting for the rest of our meals - specifically 2 side salads and side of fries. We finally received the salads at the end of the meal, so we basically got salad for dessert. Overall the food was luke warm which was disappointing since it took 45 to receive. We take into consideration that most places are short staffed these days, however, this could be better managed if the restaurant seating isn't at full capacity if there is not enough staff to manage a full restaurant. Worst Buffalos Wild Wings...ever. The very pregnant hostess was friendly as a rattlesnake...never even smiled once. The place was slow and took 5 minutes to get seated. Once seated and waiting for 15 minutes for a waitress to show up and get us drinks I went and found a manager. To his credit he was apologetic and found our waitress. To make a long story short...we waited forever to get our food which half was cold when we did. Waitress inattentive and person from kitchen who brought our food as unfriendly as the hostess. The manager adjusted our bill and didn't charge for drinks as well. He did everything to save a customer and the snotty unfriendly couldnt-give-a-poo staff of girls (not women) were undermining his efforts at every turn. This is my second time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings and both times the food was terrible. The chicken strips were to hard to eat and fries were cold. Was there over my lunch hour with my husband and in laws. We ordered our food at 11:30 and I ended up walking out at 12:20, still hungry as we didn't get our food. Sat at the bar. Bartenders ignored me for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, bartenders were eating behind the bar with their hands, not washing them before serving drinks. Our order was eventually taken, all the while clean glasses were stacked on the bar where seconds earlier dirty glasses sat. Bartenders kept eating with their hands, not washing them and then serving. Manager came over. I assumed the manager would set this straight. Manager stared straight at the bartenders as they continued eating, and not washing hands. Food arrived, it was fine, but I couldn't get over the complete lack of cleanliness I observed. If this was in the front of house what was going on in the back? I put in a complaint online and after 2 weeks received a call from the general manager. He said he looked at the surveillance tapes and they corroborated my story. This felt like he didn't believe me. He said that "this wouldn't happen again" but didn't say how this would happen. I pointed out that a manager was watching this happen, but that didn't seem to matter. There were systematic problems and I was given begrudging lip service. I won't be going back. read more
