IF YOU DONT WANT TO READ THE WNTIRE THING MY ISSUE IS WITH THE MANAGER ALFONSO So my fiancé and I have been coming to this location weekly and religiously weekly! As regulars we love the service we get here and the employees are outstanding! You can find us here every time the Cowboys play and I have the points record with the app to prove it! We are here tonight for fight night and we sit in the bar area because of the many TVs displayed. We were super excited for our favorite waitress Jen to be here serving tonight! She told us she was not working our area we were in but our server would be amazing and introduced us! Super awesome! However, he isn't Jen so I approached a manager I haven't really seen much (I know management has changed a lot) and asked if she could serve our table (she's assigned 3 tables and with it being fight night this isn't a hard request to fill)... the manager proceeded to tell me he recognizes us as regulars but he couldn't do that! Never in my life have I been to an establishment that I couldn't request a waiter/waitress! This was quite disappointing/irritating! Half of the reason we come here is for Jen and the outstanding service she offers! I HAD TO ASK THE MANAGER FOR HIS NAME BECAUSE HE WASNT EVEN WEARING A NAMETAG!!! (Which I pointed out to him while speaking! His name is Alfonso ... The best thing about BWW is the TVs. The food is not the best but its the atmosphere that you go for in the 1st place. There always seems to be a struggle with the service as well. read more

I'm giving them 1 star bc my jack & dr pepper was made well. It took our food about 20-30 minutes to come out & when I took a bite into my boneless wings they were ALL cold. 2 other members of our families got wings also & they were cold as well.. Then our server had an attitude. They remade all of the wings but honestly I won't be back. read more

LOVE this place. I've only had a few occasions where I was less than pleased with the wait staff, and even then, a manager or different waiter was more than willing to take over and care for our table. The food is always delicious, and the employees are always extremely accommodating when it comes to the tv, and asking to get the sound turned on for games. As always an excellent place for wings and things! Asian Zing is our favorite, flats for me and drums for her. Cold Beer and they have local breweries on tap also (Revolver Blood and Honey). A Tuesday night staple in our house, dine in or carry out, service is great when you get the right waiter/waitress. Reed is the best left, all the others have moved on to other adventures. They've gone through some Managers over the years and lost the best yet when Page left. Definitely recommend this restaurant to any all who come!! read more

The entry door was broke so we went through the "take-out" entrance to be blasted with an aroma of dirty mats, old mop smell, and/or mold. It wasn't appetizing; and to separate ourselves from the awful smell we went to the bar area and sat ourselves. The server kept our drinks full but forgot (2 of our orders of fries), we didn't get silverware or napkins, forgot our orders of ranch, and one order was completely wrong but it had to be the kitchen's fault. The wings were the usual lower tier BWW caliber and the fries were decent all (15 of them)..... very skimpy portions of fries. Overall I wasn't too disappointed because you know what you are getting when you go to BWW. The concerning part was the bill for me and my two kids. The 15 fries (2 orders) were 7 dollars each, the sodas were 3 dollars each, the watered down small bowl of queso with "chili" in it which was a few beans and maybe a teaspoon of meat was 10 dollars.... overall the bill was 80 dollars for three people and it wasn't worth 10 bucks. Just left and had the worst wings I think in my life. They were cold, rubber like and it took 35 minutes to even get them. This is the second time this has happened. Was hoping the first time was just a fluke. Hoping we don't get food poisoning. What a waste of $50 for two people! read more

We order to go and the traditional wings were very good. The variety of sauces are good. We order the basket fries, basket wedges and mushrooms to go but they really put very little of all them. The wings were cooked right and they were well seasoned. We always enjoy going to this place. read more

Service is an absolute joke!!!! I had 1 bite of my meal and told the bartender it tastes horrible. Still had to pay for it because she cashed it out. If I told her before manager could have done something. Manager cant do anything after its cashed out? Absolutely WORST BWW I have ever been too. Definitely go to a BWW just not this one. My girlfriend's family and I went out to eat around 3-4, and decided on getting some lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings. When we walked in the noise from the several different sports on TV was kinda alarming, and it had more of a bar feel then anything. We sat down and my girlfriend and I started with a 3 buck appetizer of mozzarella sticks between us. We also ordered some wings for the brother and dad, a chicken sandwich for the mom, a salad for my girlfriend, and I ordered a custom burger with bacon and cheese. After about ten minutes our mozzarella sticks came out, and those were pretty good. It took like twenty-five more minutes to get the rest of the food, and by that time it came out we were dying to eat. I was beyond disappointed to find that the burger I had made to order was completely unsatisfactory!! The burger bun was tiny and didn't come close to covering the burger, when I picked it up I noticed the bottom bun was turned into soggy goop from the grease underneath, and when I bit into the burger it was cold and wet as though it had been put into a water container or it was thawed. Everyone was somehow able to eat a bit of food, but I found that the food seemed very cheap. At one point I went to the bathroom and our waiter was literally popping pimples in the bathroom mirror, and whenever I got to the urinal he just walked out without washing his hands!!!!! That was the most disgusting display of yuck I've ever seen in a restaraunt. From the beginning I could tell that it was too loud and busy for my opinion, but that's just the theme. What they really need to work on is having a more charismatic/hardworking waiting staff, and getting better quality food because I wouldn't have payed a dollar for that burger. read more

We come here every Sunday night after work with the kids. Plenty of fun For everyone, and cocktails for the adults. Tablets for games, poker and trivia. Plenty of TVs for easy child entertainment. Never disappointed by the food, or wait staff. The black cherry mojito is currently my new favorite drink. read more

The wings are cooked to perfection but be advised that their wing seasonings are saltier than average. They have a good beer selection. The service is good. I try to avoid breaded items as much as I can and they have grilled chicken tenders as a healthy alternative to the fried wings. You can order multiple sauces that come on the side. My favorite wing sauces: garlic parmesan, honey bbq, jammin jalapeno (made with tequila, lime, and spices). The potato wedges here are awesome! I love dipping them in the garlic parm sauce. They also have good salads and burgers too. They open late so when the bf and I want to grab a late dinner, we usually opt to come here if nothing else is open. Also, they have games you can play while waiting on food. My only complaint is that it's always so loud but I guess that's normal for a sports bar. read more

Sat in the bar section so bartender was basically our server. Since she was really busy, other members of the team stepped up to help. One of the managers Ron was excellent. He was checking the bar area, making sure customers had what they needed. Ron was making himself available to help and was very polite, smiling and had a positive attitude. The experience was not what I wanted to share with my wife and two children. I have been to the one in north Fort Worth off of jacksboro hwy and 820 that place was awesome and that location had set the standards. So when I took my family to a different location I was disappointed. The booth the sat us at was falling apart, salsa was not that great, first beer was almost room temperature, messed up order for my wife, messed up order on my oldest sons meal. Both boys had Dr Pepper and I asked for a refill, the waitress brought back 2 teas. They corrected everything. There was no offer for compensation nor did I ask for one. Just thought it would have been nice if they just did something a little different. My boys want to go back but next time we will drive 45 minutes more to the better location. read more

Service is slow. Last time I was there I had to go get my own silver ware. The manager -Kelly Gyle is rude. We went there to watch the first race of the Nascar season and even got there early. Most of the people there were there to watch the race. But we were told someone else had requested the volume for the basketball game to be on. It was her not other people. She kept stopping to watch the tv. She was just very rude and out waiter was horrible and it wasn't even that busy. Doubt I will go back there, too many visits with mediocre service. This location absolutely sucks. I have gone here at least 4 times and walked around without being helped for more than 5 minutes and up to 10. They are not consistent, one day to get a to-go order they want you to go to the bar, the next it up front. I've walked in and not seen a single employee on the floor or a bartender behind the counter. They employee a bunch of people who could careless of about service. The last time I went, I waited about 10 minutes because I had already ordered food. Finally the bartender saw me and how displeased I was about waiting so she went into the kitchen to tell the girl up front that there was a customer. Finally a flood of employees comes from the back laughing a smirking as they walk by me. I got my food and it looked as if they had messed with it. The bun looked like it had been squashed, the chicken did have any sauce on it and the whole thing looked disgusting. After seeing the employees attitudes, I didn't eat it. I paid for it and left. There was not a manager to be seen and that's how it usually is. If this place was mystery shopped, they would fail horribly. I will not be returning. I've about had it with this chain... from a waitress changing a tip amount on a receipt to the rude cooks that come out of the kitchen cursing and watching UFC fights instead of cooking.
