He also didn't refill our drinks or come by our table every now and then to see if we needed anything....and it was 2 in the afternoon on a Thursday so it wasn't busy at all. I know this isn't an upscale place but damn when your eating spicy wings you need something to drink at all times! They need to train the staff a little bit better at this particular BWW! I ordered a buffalo chicken wedge salad. The quarter the lettuce and it was on a plate/bowl that was inconvenient for this tour of salad. My s/o ordered wings and his order came out long before mine. He was almost finished when I got mine. He was served all drums. No flats. They put the rub on after cooking so it doesn't stick to the wings. The Asian glaze on his other wings was delicious! She finally brought my salad and to my dismay informed me that there was no bacon. For me, I'm a bacon lover! They also did not have the beer he wanted even though it's from a local brewery. Been here four times since we moved and this will deff be our hang out spot! The first two times we came we sat in the dining room and our food was 45 mins late and cold which was unfortunate but luckily we weren't in a rush. The last two times we found room at the bar and Devon was there and he was fantastic! Just a great guy to have a convo with and give me ideas on drinks as we watch the game. The only reason we came back was Devon, this guy even remembered our names and we've only sat at the bar one other time. Great job BWW! This is deff a place for sports and beer atmosphere. Very weak management. There were as many employees as there were customers. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. Waited another hour before we got our food. Floors were nasty. Ordered Uber Eats from the Burleson Buffalo Wild Wings. It came on time--unfortunately. We could not finish the meal. 1) We ordered 20 boneless wings, got 16. Did they not count or did the driver, Hank, have a happy meal? 2) The order was wrong ordered half dry rub garlic parmesan and half dry buffalo. Got 5 sauced garlic parm, 6 sauced buffalo, and 5 unidentified dry. 3) The boneless wings were so salty we could not finish them. The carrots and celery were the best part of the meal. This one has everything you'd expect from a strip-mall floor plan location- cold beer, TVs, old guys at the bar. But the kitchen dropped the ball on my visit - hard. 6:30 pm on a Tuesday - not a packed dining room. Ordered the large pretzel (love 'em, usually - excellent with the spicy mustard), which is frankly one of the easiest things the kitchen can put out. Came out with zero salt. I asked if they had forgotten the salt, bartender sent it back. When it came back out, pretzel was shiny, covered in some foul-smelling oil and a begrudging quantity of salt that hadn't been baked on, but was clinging to the grease. We had Tarah as out waitress and she had other large tables who were also having their order taken. I believe her and I had a bit of a miscommunication (music was a little loud) and our semi-large order came out wrong. I communicated the problem to our waitress. The manager, Beckah, quickly came over to oversee the problem. We were not upset in any way but they both made sure that our issues were fixed without any type of disappointment or even a wait.
