We almost always go to the Buffalo Wild Wings on North Academy Boulevard in Colorado Springs, CO and many times have had Luke as our waiter. Today he even remembered what we always order before we could say anything. He's always very pleasant and attentive. Our complaint is in no way about the food or the service, it's about the restrooms! They are NEVER kept clean. Water all over the counters, toilet paper on the floors, sinks clogged up, and wet paper towels in the sinks. That should be checked regularly!! Very disappointing!!!!!!! read more

If I could have zero stats I would. The interesting pard is we used to go here often and were always satisfied...not today. I had a 6 wing birthday gift so we decided to go. I ordered my wings, my wife ordered the chicken wrap (customized to only chick and cheese) as she always had. The plates came out...my was ok, the chicken wrap was room temperature and the fries old, room temp and stale. We sent it back. The new plate came. The fries were hot and fresh. The wrap however no change. I honestly don't know if it was the same wrap or a new one but still room temperature. I asked for a manager. She came over, I explained we already sent this back once. Her response was they can't control the temp...huh? What? They are unable to assure that the food delivered is hot? She said they can't control that...but will try again. The third time it came out hot as expected. However, the manager never came back to check on us..it would seem she didn't care about her customers. Of course there was no additional comp either. With room temperature food (twice), a manager who basically said they can't assure hot food and no further follow up (very poor uncaring customer service from management) I find it hard to justify another visit. A few weeks ago, we had a REALLY bad experience at the BWW on Powers in Colorado Springs. We were still craving the best wings in COS so we went back to the North Academy location. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server stopped to introduce himself and returned quickly. I have nothing negative to share about this visit! Our wings were juicy and cooked to perfection. Our server had such an incredible attitude and I am ashamed to say I can't remember his name. There was a good selection on the tv screens and it wasn't too loud. Writing about our experience on June 7. Took several minutes for the host to come out to get us as he was goofing around with coworkers in the back and the person at the take out counter. Most of the employees were not wearing masks or their masks were hanging off their ears incorrectly. The employees were being loud and squirrelly in the back and our food took forever. Yep. Still sucks. I ordered online and somehow that got 'lost' - probably my fault, so no biggie. But, Wonder Wife was there working with the (can I say 'stupid') girl at the restaurant. When my gorgeous bundle of awesome tried to put in the order, it was as if the girl had never heard of wings. ("You mean, these aren't from buffaloes?!", the girl surprisingly didn't say.) Anyway after AN HOUR, the order is ready and then Wonder Wife comes home with the food. We ordered: - Wings (duh) - Fries - Chips and Chile con Queso The chips were good. The queso was okay. The wings were... horribad. The skin had that wonderful texture of thin rubber and they looked disgusting. Here's the recipe: 1. Go to the grocery store and buy wings and a box of Kraft macaroni and cheese. 2. Boil the wings instead of frying. It ensures there is no real flavor. Whatever you do, do it poorly. Also, prepare mac and cheese according to directions on box 3. Grab some sauces 4. On the 'mild' wings, cover them with so much sauce you're not quite sure there's a wing under there. 5. On the other three types of wings, but each group on a separate plate arranged so that they are evenly distributed. 6. Pour sauce straight down the middle of each plate making sure to miss at least half of each wing. 7. Take a bite of one wing to ensure rubbery texture 8. Throw it all away 9. Eat the macaroni and cheese. If you want the real 'restaurant experience', grab a two year old and explain to them the macaroni isn't made from real elbows. read more

I tried this place with a gift card. I was soooo disappointed, tho' the cashier when she finally came to the front, after a 10 min. wait, was VERY nice, polite and friendly. I was excited to take my bag a short drive home (12 min.) and was very hungry! I opened the first container with Wings, tried to cut into the first Boneless piece and was stopped short. It was truly hard as a rock! I couldn't cut into it, so tried another, then another, then another. Out of the whole box, I could only cut into 4 pieces, and these were luke warm as if they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I tried the second box, and again was sooo disappointed. I threw it all away- $23 worth of food, because it was dry and tough. Wouldn't you think they would attempt to impress someone on their first visit with top quality food? It really seems as if they scooped up whatever was sitting under the heat lamp and boxed it up, hoping I wouldn't notice. I did notice and will never go back. Too bad. read more

So very disappointed! B-dubs is in my top 3 places to eat. However the New Center Point location has failed in it's service twice. When it first opened in late 2022 my family & I experienced food that came out sporadically. Of course the one person who joined us did not get her food until she had to leave for work (we explained to the server to bring her food first). So, we had to box it up and bring it to her work place. Today (6/24/33), we sat in the area behind the bar and did not see a server. We waited 15 minutes and got up and left (following a couple who experienced the same problem, but were there longer than we were). We went to the take out area and got food to bring home. This server was more helpful. Unfortunately I will not be bringing family or friends to this location. It is embarrassing to have bad service happen in a place I like. I have gotten much better service on my own when I come for lunch and sit at the bar. So, B-dubs at New Center Point you won't be on my list to bring family to! read more

The wing sizes were relatively small compared to before and some were small enough to where I would expect 2 or 3 of that size but only get the one.
