I ordered the Golden Bomb traditional wings with fries and my son had a corn dog with fries. I enjoyed the flavor of the wings as it was spicy yet tangy and the wings were cooked perfectly. As y'all may know from past posts, I love fries and if fries are apart of my meal, pretty much my meal is based of the fries and these fries did not disappoint one bit as I ate mine and most of sons ‍. My son enjoyed his corn dog as he ate the whole thing (rare). This restaurant has a nice bar with plenty of beers and other drinks to choose from. I should give zero stars. Do not order anything from this place. I ordered boneless wings and flat wings but they gave bone in and drum. Jennifer the manager lied and said she was called unintelligent by me which I did not do. I only asked if she could make the order that I paid for correct and that was boneless chicken. She threw away the replacement food and yelled at me to get out. She is very psychotic and the place smelled horrible. She told me things like "I hope you get what you deserve" and "I can't wait to see your face" if you come back. She is the only cook there and there is grease on the floor everywhere. Luckily our family meal came with celery but the other options for 20/30 wings did not. Also any more then 1 side cup of ranch or blue cheese per 10 wings is an extra cost too. Odd.... but whatever The service was good. Our waitress was nice and attentive. I was a little turned off by the male waiter that walked around with a cigarette behind his ear. That's one way to make a nice looking guy look trashy but also makes the establishment look a little trashy. Horrible business decisions - they offer a $11 groupon. If you offer someone $20 worth of food, of which you only get to keep $5.50, and expect to get a high quality consumer, you set yourself up for failure. Not only that, but it makes me feel completely invaluable as a customer who spent $50 cash and got treated like crap. 2. What kind of restaurant wants a dine-in customer that costs money - overhead for lights, environmental conditions, cleaning, napkins, staff to serve them, and public restrooms - but doesn't honor a take-out customer who literally just wants to pay for the privilege of your food and nothing more? I'll tell you this much - one customer has a higher profit margin then the other. Why on earth would you ever want to make that customer suffer a poor experience? 3. Customer service means making your customer happy and grateful that they chose to give you money. It does not mean questioning your customer when they tell you that their order was wrong; it means that when they bring the wrong order back to you it gives you the opportunity to recover the situation with an apology and an incentive to use you again and honor them for driving your incorrectly prepared food to you despite the error being yours. It does not mean you make your customer feel guilty over your mistakes. Buy the $11 groupon, and eat there so that you can make them spend more than the $5 you bring in revenue.
