Service 10 stars. Friendly and attentive staff. We have been going to various Bdubs for years. Also a former shareholder. Conceptually love the sports bar quick food "theme". However the quality and quantity has gone to hell. Frozen, boiled then half grilled chicken breast (yeah singular) then cut into strips for 16 bucks with some fries? No thanks i get more food for my buck at mcdonalds even. Now I remember why I am no longer a shareholder and stopped coming here. So as I walked in I said to myself, self I hope you don't regret this decision. And sure enough I did. Sat at the bar, ordered a brew, and as I watched him attempt to pour, the tap sputtering all over so I changed brands. As he was also pouring another glass, about half way thru he saw a bug in the glass and stuck his finger inside the glass to retrieve it then continued to pour after handling money and who knows what else. We came here on a Thursday night for the BOGO special to celebrate my friend's birthday with a group of 10. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. Our waitress was not very hospitable and did the bare minimum. There was little to no engagement, she struggled to remember our drink orders, and overall seemed annoyed and uninterested. The food took a very long time to come out, and when it finally did, it wasn't brought out all at once--half of our group had finished eating before the rest even received their food. To make matters worse, the food was cold and some items were missing from our orders. The restaurant didn't seem very busy, yet it was freezing inside and extremely dark, which didn't add to the experience. When it came time to pay, the waitress handed all of our cards and receipts to one person in our group and asked her to distribute them, which felt unprofessional and awkward. I try not to be overly picky, but this experience fell well below the bare minimum. As someone who works as a waitress myself, I was really surprised by the lack of effort and basic service. I don't like tipping poorly because I understand how much servers rely on tips, but the service truly impacted the night and unfortunately ruined my best friend's birthday celebration. Buffalo wild wings is usually my go to restaurant when I'm traveling. Last night, the triple bacon burger drizzled with a little Caribbean jerk was cooked just right and very tasty. To say this place needs help, is an understatement! They didn't have half the drinks we attempted to order, and they didn't have any grill food as posted on the sign in the TOP CORNER of the door as you came in, noone told us this, so was happy I actually caught the sign. I stopped in to order wings to go over a year ago now. The woman helping me seemed nice. She said that if you dine in, they'll bring you any sauce you want to try before you commit to placing your order. Seems nice. The wings were BIG. Like as in too big. They were the Arnold Schwarzenegger's of the wing world. Problem is they were tough and hard to chew. I'll stick with regular chickens. This was the last time for us, the last half a dozen times we've been to the Ft Dodge BWW it has gotten progressively worse. The service is subpar and despite very few patrons they have had trouble seating us and providing standard items such as silverware, napkins, condiments. We still may have stayed to have a couple drinks but there were out of several beers including Busch Light & they couldn't find a way to accommodate my request to watch the NASCAR race on Fox...... because they don't get that channel, lol, I'm pretty sure they didn't have trouble finding it during football season. read more

We have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and this location definitely does not come close to any of the rest. Service is horrendously slow, and the food is par at its best. Our server was very apologetic about the wait, but it seemed as if she was the only one who cared about her job. The host seemed to want to socialize more than wanting to work. The food: lettuce was wilted, fries were barely warm, and the individual who ordered the most simple meal (garden crasher - veggies with hummus and pita bread) was told that the kitchen was working on that meal after all of the other members of our party had been served. Typically a chain restaurant won't inspire a review from me at all, much less a 5 star one. The difference here comes down to the service. Myself and a group of 14 people rolled up at this Bdubs around 7:45 on a Saturday and asked to be seated together. They carved out a section, put some tables together and viola! What happened after that was even more impressive-our lovely waitress took everyone's order, even the two stragglers that came in late, and didn't miss anything. She was prompt with drinks, appetizers, or meals, extra dressings, napkins you name it she brought it. I was so impressed! I've waitressed before, I would have totally messed up that whole order. She had great help from the other staff too- the food runners, the other waitress accommodating the viewing preferences on the TV. I've never seen such a seamless display of teamwork and amazing customer service in any sort of similar establishment. It was awesome! As far as good, I ordered the cheese balls and they were yummy. I also had a virgin daiquiri that had lemon it it too- very good, and the pepperjack steak wrap. The wrap was too salty but still good enough to take home and eat later. read more
