The service was terrible the waiter was very short with us and didn't check in on my table after she took our order. The food was left out for over an hour. I love BDubs. This is the worst I've had in a long time through 10 states. The kitchen barely put any dry rub on my wings when I asked for heavy. And they sent ranch instead of Blue Cheese. The manager tried to make it right but the kitchen must have just added more seasoning then refried them and sent me the sand ones. They were so dry and so mo taste. If that's your best effort close the doors. And it's not cause they were busy. The bartender was great. The kitchen and management sucks. read more

terrible experience. always has been not a great place to eat (cold food, slow service, attitude from employees), but tonight took the cake. I called and ordered the chicken tenders (breaded) and a wrap, both with fries and sides of sauce for pickup, I repeated it 3-4 times because the waitress kept continuing to ask as if she wasn't listening. she kept saying okay "I've got the grilled chicken tenders". after the 4th time I finally said "ma'am I ordered (the above), and you are continuing to say grilled and re-asking everything I have already ordered. I arrived and no kidding... grilled chicken strips. I was mad, and told the waitress these are grilled.. I said breaded 4-5 times on the phone.. she said she would have it fixed. I waited 25-30 minutes... by this time my wrap was already cold.. I am not kidding when I say they brought out GRILLED again. I got extremely frustrated and pulled a Karen and asked to speak with a manager after this wasn't resolved STILL. the manager was also rude (long blonde hair) worked there for years. she said oh okay, sorry, I'll have it all re-made. she had an attitude and asked what kind of Buffalo sauce I wanted. I said at this point i don't care just whatever kind is fine. (sauce was the least of my concern). she got nasty and said "well whatever kind you want I'm not eating it, whatever spice level you want I guess" at this point i had waited 45 minutes for a pick up order.. the manager was rude as hell, service sucked and the hostess taking phone orders up front needs evaluated for a learning disability. handled awfully by everyone including management. read more

They messed up everyone at our tables orders, never came back for refills, we ordered a sampler platter and they brought me nachos and then still tried to charge use for the platters the wait was ridiculous. And the waitress just didn't wanna come back and ever help our table or anything bad service. read more

Great place to go in Jacksonville to have some wings and watch a few games. I like the Asian Zing sauce. I wish they had other NA beer selections. O'Douls is basically water. Put Busch NA or better yet Coors NA. read more

Well its the best service I've ever got here so that's great. It all came very fast but the boneless wings would be better if they were cooked to order or at least fresher but the fries were bomb. They were handing out food to tables it didn't belong to, then taking it off the wrong table and delivering it to other tables they thought it went to The waitress didn't know that the tenders didn't come covered in sauce or any questions asked. If Covid regulations were a concern, you could definitely not tell it at this restaurant. Will never go back! read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to in Jacksonville. This is the place you are looking for when you have a wing craving, but that's not all they have on the menu! Staff is friendly. Service is quick. Wings are good. Nothing out of this world awesome or special, but food is tasty. I enjoy their margaritas too. Only complaint is the TV & sometimes the music volume is too loud for the amount of people in the restaurant. Overall a safe choice for a filling meal. read more

We had the lunch special where I'm pretty sure it's the same amount you'd have at dinner but at a cheaper price. I had a cheeseburger with bleu cheese and potato wedges, & a sweet tea. My husband had boneless wings with fries and a Pepsi. He added on a bigger amount of wings (12 total instead of 8) for an additional $1.60. Our total was $19.63 including tax. The food runner didn't bring my mayo for my burger but my husband asked a server walking by if she'd get some and she promptly brought me two packets. The friendly servers appeared to be helping each other. The place, including the bathroom, was clean and enjoyable with the food prompt and delicious & our glasses were kept filled. Ordered my favorite wings for pick up after a long Monday, and I got these. I don't think even the owners could have told me what sauce it was because there was barely any on the wings, and the wing in this photo tasted just like a piece of chicken without sauce. I placed an order this evening, upon calling I ordered 10 traditional bbq wings and 10 traditional lemon pepper and a basket of fries. I was told my total was 17$. When I arrived I was only given 10 lemon pepper Wings and fries, I didn't notice this until I arrived at Home. When I called and asked for a credit they told me no and I needed to return to the restaurant with my receipt. Upon arrival I was told that I got what I paid for and that I didn't order 20 Wings.I was also informed that most of the staff is new and they may have misquoted prices over the phone. I would've never paid 18$ for 10 traditional wings and fries, that is ridiculous. This is the second time this has happened. The last time we ate inside and we ordered 20 Wings and a basket of fries we did not receive our fries, when I informed the waitress we didn't get our fries she told us that we didn't order any. I am a regular customer of Buffalo Wild Wings and I feel the customer service should be a little better. I Enjoy several of your menu items and it's an inconvenience when I can't eat them all together as I ordered them. When I returned the same evening to have some boneless 65 cent wings, I received chicken with hair placed directly on top of it. When I returned for a refund the manager picked the hair out (luckily i took pictures already) and my food was thrown away in front of me and no refund was given because I only had the receipt that was placed on the bag. I was never given a separate copy. Mind you it was the same manager from earlier. This is absolutely ridiculous. This restaurant will never receive another dime of my money. So happy to have this in town-Just stopped in last night for dinner. Place had a great vibe. There is an awful lot of staff but I'm assuming that is because they just opened and that may change. Our server "Gabby" was great, We were in a rush but she was on top of things. She was fun, smiling, and knew her menu. She did a great job recommending things to my friend who had never been to a BWW as well. Will definitely be a regular place for us. The wings were awesome, as always. I had the wedges with salt & vinegar for the 1st time...they were great. Wish I had more time to enjoy some drinks, they looked great. read more

The prices are RIDICULOUS!!!!! Plus the food is not that good. The wings are average and their atmosphere is vey obnoxious
