I would give 5 stars to this specific Chili's location. We tried the mushroom Swiss burger and the triple dipper, both were delicious. I highly recommend getting a side of buffalo sauce with the burger, it complements it pretty well. The triple dipper choices we picked were the fried mozzarella, the boneless wings and the egg roll tacos. Our server was friendly and the food came out pretty quick as well. Pleasantly surprised! My husband and I normally shy away from chain type restaurants but the teen with us requested this and we were pleasantly surprised! We got the chips and dip trio and loved the chips - they were light and crispy! Teens burger was giant and I kind of wished we had split it, but she even loved her leftovers the next day! I was quite dissatisfied. I already don't like Chili's, but I went because my sister got to choose the restaurant. My biggest complaint was the table we were sat at. It was smooshed in a corner and angled awkwardly, felt like I was basically sitting on top of the person behind me. Horrible set up. Our waiter was fine, but the overall service was lacking. It took a long time to get our food and the food was just not that good. I could only get through half of my wings. The two servers at the pick up area were both very rude. They did not greet me with any sort of smile or a word upon entering the building. I find that to be very unprofessional and reflects negativity on the business. The food order was cooked well, though, so a win for the cook. I give all THE staff TEN STARS, especially our server Brett, his wife, the GM, the Chef, and everyone in the kitchen that took care of our order tonight!!!!! Our 1st date was at this Chili's 27-years ago tonight and generally return only as a tradition. The last few years were less than favorable due to a food allergy and being advised my only option was to eat plain lettuce salad, chips (if not fried with onions), and drink water. These are the same options many other local restaurants give, as onions are not usually on the allergen list. I hesitated returning tonight since my allergy has gone from mild to severe (w/ EPI pen) & due to last years' experience. I might have even gone kicking-and-screaming silently in my mind. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left, we could see the joy they shared with each other and their customers. The ladies made sure we sat where I could actually take my coat off without freezing, but it is what they did after we sat down that made the difference. I made them aware of my allergy and told them I knew there wasn't much on the menu I could eat, but we were celebrating and it was nice to be there. Brett, his wife, & the GM all reviewed all allergy information, worked with the kitchen using different prepping & cooking areas were used, gloves were changed, and even looked up the spice mixes and rubs to make sure no onion powder was included. They told me to order whatever I wanted on the menu and they would see what needed to be done. My favorite item is the Triple Fajitas, but are usually covered in everything onion (regular onions, spices w/ onion powder, and rubs for the meats and shrimp). The food was absolutely AMAZING and is now so high on my list of phenomenal meals that we will be coming back again soon. We stopped going to restaurants because it just wasn't worth the risk and other places were not willing to try. The efforts each person took just allowing me to eat were completely unimaginable. My family took me here for my birthday because normally Chilis is one of my favorite restaurants. However, on this occasion, it was crap! The food tasted mediocre but by the time I got home, my stomach was tied in knots. Not sure what they did but getting food poison on your birthday isnt ideal. I dont believe I will ever go back to this particular chilis and if I visit a different one in the future and it is as bad, I will not go to any others. read more

First, Chili's did away with their original chicken crispers, which were so much better than what they have now. Recently they have done away with the corn on the cob. I don't see any reason to go to Chili's anymore. It was one of our regular spots and I always got the chicken crispers with the mashed potatoes and the corn on the cob. So long Chili's. read more

My friend attends this establishment frequently and loves to sit at the bar and occasionally I will join him. The first thing you will notice are the 4 TVs and then next thing you'll probably notice is a friendly person welcoming you. As for the food there are many good options. When I'm trying to be good I'll have the chicken tortilla soup followed by Santa Fe chicken salad. Both are delicious and make for a nice combination. When I'm not trying so hard to be good I've liked their burgers and their Cajun chicken pasta meal with garlic bread. I've never had a bad experience with any of my choices. read more

Very good. We use to come to Chili's on a fairly regular basis. However, a few years ago we stopped going because the restaurant declined on all levels. We decided to give it another shot, and I must say, we were pleasantly surprised. The ribs, brisket quesadilla, and chicken strips were excellent. I went to Chili's with my daughter and nephew on Saturday, April 22, 2023. We had approximately a 1/2 hour wait, but our waiter, Patrick, made it worth the wait. He is one of the best waiters I've ever had. He greeted us right away and was very attentive, respectful, helpful with menu choices, and an overall pleasant and friendly person. The fam and I arrived at Chilli's Saturday night at about 6:30. We got sat at about 7:20. We expected a wait, so no biggie. Our server, Eric, was on top of things! We got cheese fries for an app. The cheese was a little over done, still good though. The Tito's Punch is my favorite drink so I ordered that! It was strong and delicious. We had a Giftcard and came here on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy. Restaurant is decently clean and friendly. Food was mediocre at best. It came out really fast but absolutely everything lacked flavor. Everything was "meh." VERY overpriced for the quality. However, the biggest takeaway was that my husband and I developed food poisoning within 2 hours of eating there. Will never return or recommmend. read more

Extremely crowded on Saturday at lunch. I'd never seen so many waitresses at one place. The food was served quickly. Loved their fries. The burger was pretty greasy. The tables were very close together. Our waitress was very personable and attentive. Quite a big menu but 95% of everything had jalapeños or pico in or on it which ruled it out for me because I can't handle spicy. The food is somewhat high but they do offer a few good deals like the 3 for $10 which is your drink, soup or salad and your entree or 2/$25 which is an appetizer, 2 entrees and split a dessert. Because of the lack of choices that aren't spicy, we probably won't be back. But if you like spicy, this is a great place. read more

Ordered $200 of food for an office and Southwest eggrolls were missing. Called in and asked if they could have anything done or bring food for the person missing their meal. They blamed it on DoorDash and said "maybe the driver got hungry and ate it. Whenever the food leaves our 4 walls, we have nothing to do with it". That's coming from the manager. We have tried to go to this restaurant multiple times at different times of the day and it seems like they still don't have the staff to cover the amount of customers. Each time we've gone we've had to wait approximately 20 to 30 minutes every time. Until I hear they are fully staffed and ready for customers there's a good chance I am not coming to visit. I know for a fact that today they lost customers so I hope they're able to hire some staff soon. I will keep my fingers crossed for them and hope for the best. read more

I am sorely disappointed in chili and its new chicken sandwich. And chicken enchilada soup. The soup was watery and lacked any cheese. And the chicken sandwich which is supposed to put all others to shame, was dry and so small portion seemed almost like a chicken tender on a bun. One of the worst food experiences had at chilis. Usually have great food and good service but not this time! Dinner - Ordered food and drinks. Drinks came but waitress disappeared. After 50 minutes we asked another server to get her. Waited another 10 minutes for her with empty drinks. We asked her what was taking so long and our waitress kind of snapped on us and when we asked to speak to her manager she refused to get the manager. The five of us then packed up and left and went to one of their competitors where we were treated well, served fast and had a great meal!! Bye, bye Chili's. It will be a long time before we return. And btw, the entire Southern section of the restaurant wasn't even being used that night and they still couldn't keep up. Heard others complain and some also left just like us. The server was rude. we ordered margarita's and when she brought them it was probably as close to a glass full of margarita mix minus alcohol as you could get. unfortunately, I'd rather drive to STL for better service and better food. read more

Well...THAT was a horrible display of customer service. I would have loved to give a review based on the food, but it never got that far. As we walked in, there was no host to be found for a couple minutes, and once he did show up, he was less than polite and seemed to rush us to our table...in fact, he was in so much of a rush that he completely forgot silverware or a kids menu for the 5 year old that we clearly had. Then, as we sat there for 10 minutes (I actually timed it) waiting for any one of the numerous servers or managers meandering around to actually GREET us, we finally threw in the towel when a server went to the family that was sitting 2 tables over (and seated 5 minutes AFTER us...WITH KIDS MENUS!). So, we got up and left without a word (not that they noticed anyway) and went next door to Red Robin (which could really teach a few things to Chili's about how to treat customers). If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My sister and I went out to dinner here on Thursday night. We were seated right away and we had an INCREDIBLE WAITTRESS NAMED PAIGE. We started off with the pan queso dip and a huge basket of thin, crisp tortilla chips. I had the pork tacos and my sister had the 1/2 slab of ribs. Our food was delivered to our table hot and fresh and Paige did an OUTSTANDING job making sure that we always had drinks and extra napkins. Both of our dinners were delicious and we split a dessert. We left Paige a generous tip in appreciation of her great service. We will definitely be back again. read more

We actually eat here quite often. Its one chain restaurant that is pretty consistent. They have awesome chipoltle chicken strips but the side of corn on the cob sucks. I have also gotten the Portobello Jack Fajitas that were really yummy and it must be pretty popular because sometimes they are out of portabellos. Nice seasoned fries and fresh chips with the bottomless chips and salsa appetizer. My man unusually gets a big juicy burger of some sort that he always seems satisfied with. Its decently priced for what it is. They have a very kid friendly kids menu with a wide variety of things for them to choose from. As for Bob! he is the best waiter ever! Minus one star for soggy corn on the cob and minus another star for seating us right in front of the open kitchen door three times in a row. read more
