I've had a lot of good meals at Longhorn but unfortunately this wasn't one of them, we had about a 40 minute wait and were promptly greeted by our server. From there it was disappointing. We ordered our food and drinks and the salads and drinks came out fairly quick but the salads were swimming in the dressing...way too much. I ordered a steak medium rare and my wife ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken. I had requested steak sauce when I ordered but when the food was delivered I had to ask again, I finally gave up and after I had eaten half of my overcooked medium well steak our server came by to check on us and my wife reminded her that I had not received the steak sauce after two previous requests. She rushed to get it but just dropped it off and didn't ask about our meal. My wife's chicken was also small and overcooked so next time I want a steak it won't be here... read more

Horrible treatment. Birthday party of 20 called day before to set up. Was told to call the day of, an hour before. Did that. Showed up at 6pm was told an hour wait. Close to an hour later it was still half an hour wait. Manager walked away from birthday girl trying to get us seated. We stopped in because i had a free appetizer in my email because of an anniversary, we got the chicken wings. My steak was perfect, I also had broccoli and a side salad. My husband's meal was exactly as he ordered. The ribs here are excellent and huge and he had fries. The restaurant was clean and there seemed to be plenty of staff. We were there right after the lunch crowd, but still during the lunch menu. Our food came quickly and was hot. Our server Kate was right there to refill drinks and bring togo boxes. Can't hate on this meal at all because the salmon was perfectly cooked - crisp exterior, moist interior - and the side of chicken was very flavorful. The 3 sides of asparagus I ordered was absolutely hilarious... But that was MY ORDERING... And the asparagus were steamed perfectly so I am not complaining at all. Over all, I had a tasty experience. I love longhorn, I don't have one where I live so when I'm in town I make a point to come. This trip I was a little confused at first. We walked in with a party of 7 2 hours before they close. The hostess told me she would have to go ask the manager. Apparently it was a slow day and they let people go early. I get that, but if one person can't handle 7 people maybe they need more training there. If I walked in and said a party of 50-100 I could understand. So we waited for an answer. Meanwhile, sitting there watching a bunch of employees chatting at the bar. You have workers sitting there but can't take a few people? There were only like 2 other tables with people in the restaurant and 1 person at the bar. The hostess came back and said they could take us but It'd be like a 20 min wait. A 20 min wait for what? It wasn't busy at all. I was so confused! They were going to be closing in an hour and 30 min but they didn't seem too concerned. We finally got seated and ordered. The steaks were as good as they always are after we got them grilled a bit longer. They were all cold in the middle and mooing hard-core. Medium rare is how we all ordered them and they were super rare. Our waiter was great. Overall, everything was good as always but maybe they should alternate who gets to go home early in case a bigger group shows up last minute. read more

I mean, seriously good. Didn't feel like a chain restaurant. Ready in 25 min. Still hot, and cooked to perfection. They even remembered to give us bread and butter this time. We'd taken a break from Longhorn for a couple years after getting tough cuts of meat (especially when ordering carryout) and subpar customer service. Whoever is managing the place now deserves a pat on the back! Whoever is running the kitchen is rocking it! Don't let your staff go. Keep us coming back! Another Chance: Extremely disorganized. One couple had to approach the take-out person to ask for 2 Coors Light. They had been sitting for 15 minutes and were completely ignored. Somehow, there are two people working the bar. The woman who poured my beer (the House) excellent by the way, said she would be back to take my order. That was 15 minutes ago. Meanwhile a couple came in, the skinny barmaid got them their iced tea, brought out some bread and butter and not one person has said a word to me since. Do I have a sign on my forehead, or a look that transmits: "Please ignore me"? Watch what happens when I order something to go. I'll end up calling in to place a to-go order, right here from the bar... 2nd beer just now served. Staff yelling in the kitchen "I need another French Fry!" They all act like their task at hand is more important and customers are interruptions to what they want to get done. My recommendation? Get over it! If an employee thinks customers are an annoyance they are in the wrong job. I sat down at 6:49 i was asked what I wanted at 6:53. I said wait a bit. It's now 19:27 & no one has asked me since. I just had the best meal at Longhorn ! Everything was on point. Our waitress "Emma"was awesome On a scale of 1-10 she was a 15. Hilda gave us a survey to complete it was all 5 star. And I love how they chill their salad bowls , you don't get that very often anywhere. The manager, Leroy introduced himself and asked how everything was. Their dessert menu looked amazing but unfortunately we did not have room for it. The Lobster Shrimp Chowder was amazing! I went to this location with my aunt. I'm visiting her from Texas and this was suppose to be a special outting for us as she just survived a massive heart attack after a hip replacement. We ordered apps, pork chops, fish, salad, and drinks. The waitress was nice and friendly but the food and manger... HORRIBLE! My aunt ordered the pork chops and immediately noticed they were spoiled after the first bite. The spoiled chops ruined her taste to eat anything else. We mentioned the issue to our waitress and she notified the manager. The manager only could offer us a free appetizer on our next visit and couldn't take the pork chop off our bill even tho she didn't eat it. She literally only had ONE BITE. The waitress mentioned the porkchop was sent back for same reason 2 days prior. So, this has me believing this location has spoiled porkchops sent out to customers KNOWINGLY. I'm not sure there is a new policy due to recession. But, I did not come to your restaurant to purchase a spoiled chop. What really irritates me is y'all knew about it 2 days prior and most likely served my aunt the same spoiled porkchop. Just had the WORST meal, I've ever had there. Waited an hour, but it's Saturday so normally they're worth it. I don't know what are waiters problem was, maybe he had too many tables but we seemed to be the last people on his mind. My family and I went to Longhorn Steakhouse on a Friday night and we called before leaving asking for the wait time and was told 10-15 minutes. We showed up to check in and the lady at the front said the wait would be 10 minutes and checked us in- saying we were at the top of the list. We went back to the car to wait for the text and 40 minutes later there had been no text. When my mom went in to ask about the wait time the lady had not checked us in correctly and said again it would be a 10 minute wait and we were at the top of the list. We ended up waiting another 25 minutes before my mom went back to the stand to ask about our wait time when the lady said "Well it's been a 50 minute wait. Do you want the table or not?". The couple across from us in the waiting room was also having a similar experience. My mom asked for the manager card and she was actually the manager. She didn't give us the card but she was extremely rude and was snippy towards us and other guests. It's disappointing that someone like a manager who is supposed to be a leader cannot take accountability for her spread of misinformation (the wait time) and for not checking us in the first time. read more

My sister and I came here at her suggestion. She had been here before. I had not. First, it is fairly expensive but then the pieces of steak are large enough. In fact, they are too large. A twelve ounce steak with nothing smaller unless you want a sandwich. They also brought my salad with the dressing already a poured onto the salad. I am not a fan of other people putting my dressing on my salad as they usually put too much, and it was such. Now don't get me wrong, the food was good, I am just upset that they do not offer a smaller steak for those of us who do not even finish off the 6 oz steak at Texas road house. Sorry Longhorn. Okay okay I'm always very skeptical about steak houses. This one was fantastic! The restaurant from the walk in is beautiful and was very clean even the restroom was kept up and clean. The restaurant smelled very good! They start you off with bread but it's a loaf of multi grain! And fresh butter on the side. It dosen't need the butter tho. I usually can't enjoy the bread because it's either sweetened or so buttery I can feel my arteries harden. This bread is fresh and hot!. I had the 11.99 Ribeye sandwich with the lobster and shrimp chowder. I would take the corn out of it tho if it was my decision. Some people can not eat corn and such. The sandwich was delicious I did take the bread off and ate it with the cheese and onions needed a little salt for my taste but kuddos on making it taste so good without all the salt. My steak was a perfect rare! My companion got a 8 oz. Sirloin and a side of mash for 14.49 he prefers his steak well done. Well he ordered it medium well and it arrived well done. But soo juicy. The server was wonderful make sure you sit in Christopher Brian's section he is wonderful. He was on his job full of smiles and wonderful service. Great place as usual. Just had lunch and the waiter was the best. Wife had the chicken tender salad. The tenders were fantastic (real pieces of Chicken ). Went to dinner with my son. Nothing special about the interior, in fact it looked dated, surprisingly. It was pretty full do I Imagined the food must be good. I ordered the big bacon cheeseburger with drained fries and the fire roasted eat of corn. My son ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes. Before our meal came they brought us a very tiny, scrawny loaf of bread that only had 3 slices. Their butter for it was rich and creamy, though. My son was suppose to have endless wheat bread and honey butter and he never received it. My burger was very large and tasty. I also loved their seasoned fries. Not impressed with the corn st all because it was not cleaned well and full of silk (it should have been very clean for $4.79!). My son said the potatoes were good, but he said the chicken was very fatty. The waitress seemed attentive in the beginning but obviously lost it by not bringing the entire meal. Their dessert options look spectacular. If I go again, I'll probably just go for a dessert. read more

The t-bone was really good, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Ate half of it and will have the rest for lunch. Social distance procedures followed except at the door where too many people had to jam themselves in the entrance area. Staff did nothing to stop this or move the traffic around to fix the issue. And people just don't have any sense. But I digress. The service was just fair to poor. Even though they are operating at 50% capacity, the servers all seemed rushed and stressed. It was a Friday night and maybe they didn't have enough servers on duty. Our server was very nice but again, she seemed stressed and rushed. Restaurant is clean and the lighting is nice. I know it's a steakhouse (and their steaks are great), but this is an asparagus review. Seasoned perfectly, lightly grilled, and perfect. They're using young, tender shoots (no woody stems).
