I was extremely disappointed with the service tonight at BWW. We we're sat at a table, but when a booth was clean they moved up. This move, would have moved us to a different waiter. That other waiter however, felt it was still the other girls job to take care of us. We went through 4 different waiters throughout our 2 hour wait. Finally the last waiter we begged to refill our drinks was an amazing worker and definitely knew what she was doing regardless if we we're her table or not. It's a bit pricey but the food is worth it. The servers are always cheerful and know the perfect time to come around to your table (which is helpful during major sporting events). The ambiance is your typical sports bar fare. Be sure to avoid going on nights when something big is going on though if you are just looking for dinner, wait times for seating can be anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. read more

I would agree that it's probably the best sports bar in Lufkin. The wings were pretty good and so was the service. The noise level might be overwhelming at times, but that's the nature of a sports bar, I think. TV sound and quality was good here and it is a good-natured, fun atmosphere. Great service, food is reasonable. Buzztime is great. Price of beer is astronomical. $6.50 for 12oz beer. I didn't even pay those prices when I was in NewYork City. Applebee's does a $1 beer. Sorry BWW but your wings are no competition for my wallet. read more

Well for starters, unless you sit at the bar it is an act of congress to get service. Food is over prices and I don't really like their wing sauce. Last time I was there the order took over 45 minutes and when it came it was wrong. Took another 20 min to correct! Never saw the manager. Ruined my night. We will not be going back! read more

Worst service I've had in a restaurant!! Had to seat ourselves, beer came in a filthy glass, lost our appetizer order, waitress never checked back to see if we needed more drinks or anything else. Highly recommend you find someplace else to eat as they were almost dead and I'd hate to see how bad it is when they're busy!! read more

Multiple times we have come here and no one comes to the server podium to take us to a table for about 10 minutes. The service is very very slow and the servers stand around and talk to each other. Our server did not bring me a refill on my water until she brought our check. The food is great but I won't be coming back due to awful service. read more

I didn't think the service could get any worse at this place but they proved me wrong at my last visit. I have a bad experience every time I go to BWW but I have now finally learned my lesson to stay away for good. Chips and queso never came out and after 25 minutes of placing the order I cancelled it. 45 minutes after ordering my entree it finally came out and the wings were not hot but felt like they had been sitting out for some amount od time. Half of the other orders placed at the table were either wrong or also cold. I had to go to the bar twice to order and pay seperately for a beer because the waitress would disappear for long amounts of time. The entire time I was sitting without food or drink, I watched as the two managers stood next to each other talking and laughing and never once moved or helped any of the staff. One manager finally came to our table while getting the check and he was clueless to what was going on in his store. Unsurprisingly, my check was also incorrect, which seems impossible because the only thing I ordered and received correctly was the first beer. We had five people at our table and none of us will ever be back to this place again and we will actively advise others to not go there also. I would think that with another competitor (fuzzys tacos) opening up next door soon that they would try to make sure they were doing everything in their power to keep people interested and satisfied with their service but it seems to be the opposite. read more

While waiting for our food, my husband was hit in the head with a lime wedge, that was thrown by an employee! (He was throwing it "at a friend!")The manager on duty watched as the waiter apologized but never once came over to assure us he would handle the situation. Our waitress never came back to our table to offer to refill our soft drinks. We ended up leaving after waiting for 40 minutes for our food and glasses being empty for over 20 minutes! Service was HORRIBLE! We WERE weekly patrons - it's not worth this type of aggravation! read more

My husband & I used to go here for UFC fight nights or football games, but because of the awful service we would rather rent the fights at home than spend money here!!! We went to Buffalo Wild Wings and decided to eat outside. We ordered food and drinks. As we began to eat my wife was startled and screamed as she felt something on her leg. We looked down and saw a cat trying to rub on my wife's leg. The waitress apologized and said it was just the cat that hangs around to eat the mice. Consistently poor customer service, dirty tables, sticky menus, food was not freshly made. I have only been to the Lufkin Buffalo Wild Wings 2 times in the last year and after my experience the other night and the lack of response from the management I will NOT be returning.
