Stopped through on Saturday to watch the fights. It wasn't packed, which we thought meant we'd get seated quickly. Not so. 30 minutes later the hostess called our name. Without a backwards glance, she showed us to our seat. The waitress came quickly and took our drink orders but then we waited another 20 minutes for the drinks, a water, and a blue moon. The blue moon glass came back with salt?? On one half of the side. Looked as though the glass had fallen in the margarita salt and they hadn't bothered to grab a fresh glass. Food was awful. Out of traditional wings so I ordered boneless. They were cooked so long it was like Jerkey bites. Sauce was ok. Ranch could use some work. Traditional wings are fine but most likely reheated and covered in sauce. First of all, all the staff here suck including the manager: I ordered some wings for the first time since moving here and the delivery was a mess. Sauce spilled everywhere and blue cheese and ranch missing even though I clearly requested for these items. I even paid tip for a terrible service. I walked in and was greeted by a hostess who promptly took me to a table. As I walked to the table, I couldn't help but notice how many dirty empty tables there were. Took a long time for my server to approach and even longer to get the draft beer that I ordered. She had some excuse, about the bartender having to change the keg, but i wasn't buying it to be honest. She seemed more concerned talking with a table of who I assume were her friends. Food took a long time to get, but was about the same quality as any BWW I've been to elsewhere...so i guess there's that. The service is incredibly slow. Even when they're not busy, everything takes forever. We waited for over an hour for food for four people, with only around 25-30 people in the entire restaurant. I came her on a Tuesday night to watch the game and have a beer. I was pretty lucky due to the cheap prices, (Tall Glass of beer for $3.50 each) and it was a Tuesday. The Tuesday special was fifty cent wings. I ordered a dozen with the honey bbq sauce. There are over a dozen different types of sauces you could choose on your wings. The wings came out rather hot with a hint of spiciness. They were messy but really meaty. This place was much better than Wingstop. I could have chosen the wings to be boneless but I like sucking on the bones. I did like that the wings were not breaded then fried, which was a plus. The service was attentive but the only drawback was the cigarette smoke. Smoking is allowed inside Buffalo Wild Wings, unfortunately. It takes forever to put in the order and consistently there are empty drinks on the table. Some servers are even rather sassy and just sit there texting. I have only been to a Buffalo Wild Wings twice this being the second time, I will never come to this one again. We have been sitting for two hours before we got our food and the food was cold, not fresh and dry. My kids both got chicken strips that where so dry and hard it was almost impossible to bite! Everyone's food was cold and tasted old and stale. The only thing that was okay was there potato wedges and that's out of all the food everyone got ( burgers, wings,onion rings, and the chicken strips.) on top of horrible food the place had no air flow extremely stuffy and most of there TVs did not work.
