We had avoided coming here since moving to Midland. We loved the one back home and decided to give it a shot because the wife was craving Buffalo Mac and Cheese. Well, we are used to BAD service at almost all restaurants in Midland. It's the worst anywhere. However, we had a server named Shana. She was amazing. Got us what we needed fast, was friendly and helpful, and it was shockingly great service, not just for Midland, but period. Wife got what she wanted and loved it. Said it was yummy. I got Boneless Wings with honey mustard and they were way more spicy than usual. Didn't really like mine, but I have always been 50-50 at Wild Wings on taste of wings. Well I am not changing my star rating any at this point but I was coerced to going here again a couple of nights ago. The only reason I am writing this is because there was a waitress there who actually gets it. Her name is Amber and she gave me reason to believe that BWW may have a glimmer of hope. She did all the things I would expect of a good server, was friendly and quick with the order taking, got our first beers out quickly, made recommendations on the menu, joked with us, had a great personality, kept the beers coming, kept the table clean and actually treated us like we were people not just a couple of mouths shoving a bunch of food and beer in our pie holes (which we were, but you get the point). I give BWW 3.5 stars when Amanda is there... 5 for her and the 2 for the venue!!! Ask for her if you want to be well taken care of!! read more

Terrible! Went here for the first time in quite a while... Restaurant was not crowded at all... Service was terrible took forever to order and get 2 beers for the wife and I, waited 30 plus minutes for food that was incorrect and cold, forgot sauce and silverware... more waiting! After complaining cause no one asked, waitress removed the wrong order of fries from ticket but when asked to speak to the manager, the manager acted like it was our fault for the wait and food being cold. Jayleigh kept hanging up on calls after putting them on hold multiple times. The other staff just observed as she did this multiple times. We were placed on hold multiple times and hung up on so when we saw this in person it made sense. I called about 8 Times and my husband about 6. Placed on hold from 5-18 minutes before we got there in person to order. Your staff obviously does not care to do their job so why be there in the first place? Then she purposely put our order in wrong after we confirmed how we wanted the order of wings mixed. Even her coworker agreed we had clearly specified we wanted them mixed. We also got the wrong size in wedges. You only have 2 sizes how can you get that wrong! I would have been more understand if it was busy. But the parking lot was pretty empty and only a few tables were taken. The fact that staff could stand around hangout at the cash register, hang up on calls said it all. Ridiculous. We went at 10:00 on a Thursday night. Not busy at all. No one was at the front so I asked what looked like a manager if we should seat ourselves. She didn't even have the courtesy to look at me and I got a "Yeah." We went to sit down....Half of the empty tables had signs on them that said "closed" and the other half had food and trash on them - no one was even attempting to clear them off. As a family of 5, we usually have a decent size check but Bubba's 33 got our business tonight. Seems like the low rating on here is well-deserved. read more

I have been treated rudely before, but rarely this rudely. Went with my son to watch my broncos play and was told I had to wait. Ten minutes wait when 5 tables are open. I asked and got a 2 minute explanation of the problems the restaurant has keeping staff and blah, blah. Blah. I asked if I could just a table so we could watch the game, was to ill have to wait. I was calling in an order solely because I was told a percentage of the night's sales would be contributed to the National MS Society on behalf of a local cycling team. I support the cause and even though I'm on a competing team and loathe this place I wanted to support the cause. The person who answered the phone was extraordinarily rude and wound hanging up on me. Not bad for Bdubs. I know they're infamous for poor service everywhere so you think it would make it even worse in Midland given the poor service everywhere else, but it was perfectly fine. I would much rather go to Bdubs and get seated immediately than wait an hour at Bubba's to get a table. Cheese curds we're great and the beer was cold. read more

Been here twice, with two very different experiences. The first was good, and would have warranted 4 stars. Super busy, as it was fight night and college football was on, but the staff was friendly and timely. The second time, we asked one of the waiters to clear off a booth for us, because we didn't want to sit in the middle of football madness. He just looked at us like it was going to be a huge inconvenience and said he'd get us more chairs for the table way across the room. He clearly didn't want to help us out, so we left. I've been to B-Dubs in a lot of different towns and states, and this way by far the worst experience. I gave it two stars because the food was good and came out timely. But we were ignored the first 15 minutes we were there before we were told it's open seating, I mean put a sign out or something. I've always been given a table by a hostess when visiting a B-Dubs in the past. The place reads of cigarette smoke, which doesn't make for a great dining experience especially as an ex-smoker. And I ordered a Hendrick's Sling and my waitress brought me a Margarita. When I said something the waitress's response was, "Are you sure? How do you know"? Ummmmm......because this is tequila and sweet and sour, not Gin and Sierra Mist......AND instead of immediately correcting the drink order I had to ask a few times for my original drink. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I will not be visiting this one again. read more

The food is great when it's fresh! The downside is you never know if you're going to get fresh wings or wings that have been sitting in the drawer for a minute. I always ask for mine extra crispy so I know they get a few more minutes in the fryer meaning they are always hot. The waitstaff is a hit or miss. You might get great service one day, then service that makes you never want to come back. Always stick to the tables in the bar section. The waitstaff in there are considered the "veterans" and the best of the best. read more

Super slow service from cocktail/server. Didn't know the menu, never came by and super bad attitude the entire duration of visit. Order a sampler platter that was featured on the menu and took over 45 min to hit the table. No app plates and had to ask for silverware. We ordered drinks and water and tea in addition and had to ask for sweetener and a refill as well as a another round of mixed drinks. She was too busy socializing with a big guy at the bar. But nice to see she could actually smile and carry a conversation. Unfortunately she wasn't a bartender and not making money off him, but us. Very disappointed and will never come back. The place is disgusting. The same dirty tables we saw when we entered were still sitting there dirty when we left after our meal. No one greeted us. The server was nice and attentive, literally the only one we saw cleaning tables, however we never got her name and her clothing was very dirty. She took a very long time to check us out. The bathroom walls were filthy and only one toilet was working in the men's room. Many of the booths are in shreds and broken, so between those and the dirt ones, seating was limited. Food was decent except onion rings which were soaked in grease. Sorry to give a negative review but if I was the owner I would be appalled at the state and cleanliness of this restaurant. read more

Went on a Tuesday night and they had good wing deals. Entered and the place smelled like cigarette smoke and was so loud. Ordered boneless wings and half of them were too well done that there was barely any meat left. Really want to know who the general manager is of this location because anytime we go, do to-go, or even use a third party like Texas to go, it is always AWFUL. And if their district manager knows how bad this is, he/she should be replaced as well. AWFUL. Our fries were cold the wings were cold as well like if they were sitting out for awhile after being cooked and dipped in sauce. FINALLY when someone got back on the phone to take our order, they kept complaining about not being able to hear me talk. Anyone else can hear me perfectly fine. I could hear the music in the background blaring, which could possibly be causing the issue of not being able to hear your customers on the phone. Got the order placed and was told it was going to be 30-45 min to get the food done. We ordered 2 snack size wings boneless and traditional, then 2 original fries. Waitress was good but it took a long time for food to come out. My opinion is that a salad and chicken wrap shouldn't take over 30 minutes.
