The fact of the matter is that Chiapan service is generally the unfriendliest in all of Mexico, so don't take it too personally. The food is fresh and served in a decent amount of time. My only complaint is that they only blend drinks. So if you want to avoid ice or have a margarita on the rocks, then don't order mixed drinks here. While this may not sound like a rave review, for the area this restaurant is the most consistently delicious and friendly place to eat at in Palenque. It won't blow your mind, but it's reliable.
