Stay away service sucks we were was at the host stand host all serious came over, didn't greet and roughly asked where we wanted to be sit she tried to sit two of us down and then another dirty looking server who pretended to be a manager said something to her and she walked away without saying word, as we stood there waiting to be seated she was then observed waiting on other tables and never returned to host stand. There were a few other parties waiting to be seated one ended up walking away, as we did too. With the customer service being provided I can see why they are underperforming they lack leadership and customer care. This place is pretty much all right...sports casual, TV's all around with pretty much every game on somewhere. The service is friendly although when it gets packed it can be slow from the kitchen side - but you come here to relax, chow down on decent wings or burgers, or pretty much whatever you want! Take your time and enjoy the game! We've been here a number of times, and they have their routine down. Enough seats and tables for a good crowd, so seldom a wait. Great selection of whatever you want to drink. The wings are good, with a wide selection of sauces. Garlic Parmesan or Asain Zing for me...and my boy says try the Chipotle. I've also had the bacon blue burger...it could use better than just blue cheese dressing (hello, crumbled cheese!), but it's decent enough. My boyfriend and I decided to dine here last night. We came for their "boneless Tuesday" special, which is BOGO free on any size boneless wings with up to two different flavors. It's quite a good deal. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived, despite there being a hockey game on. This became the venue of choice because we wanted to watch World Cup Soccer. They do have quite the selection of TVs to watch; that's for certain. I'm just not all that into the food selection of messy wings and fried "stuff" without other options being available that at least get my attention. My family decided to go to BWW for my dad's birthday and to watch the last Steelers game of the year. The meal started off on a bad note when my dad ordered a Dr. Pepper and it tasted weird. We grabbed our waitress to let her know that it was off and she told us that it couldn't taste off because of the color of the drink. She again put his used cup into the ice to fill up the cup. We ordered our food which took quite a long time but it was during a Steelers game and all of the tables were full. When it finally got to our table my dad's French fries were cold and when he tried to tell the waitress she again gave attitude but did bring him fresh fries. The other two meals we ordered were okay at best. The buffalo chicken wrap at Eat n Park is significantly better than BWW and the buffalo mac n cheese was just bland and not spicy. My dad went outside to put his gifts in his car and we told our waitress that it was his birthday and asked if they do anything for birthdays. We have been to Buffalo Wild Wings several times. The slow service, and loud customers, keep me from making this a restaurant on our rotation list. The food is average at best and I have never been a fan of bar food. If you are a sports bar lover, this is the place for you. Tv's everywhere you look. I think too many. You do have a choice to eat inside or outside on the side patio to escape some of the noise. The kids love it because they offer a play pad for their busyness wail waiting for the average tasting food. They have a good kids menu and they have no issue finding something, like the corn dogs and fries. I always get the chicken wrap, I am not a fan of greasy finger food. The choices of sauces for wings is very good. It is hard to watch a sporting event with all the tv's and loud customers. We come because the kids enjoy the food and like the play pad. They have separated the bar and dining area but the noise factor is still there and obnoxious at times. I think it is great for those that love the sports bar experience and atmosphere as well as the bar food. I have heard many complain about the take out. We have never ordered out and cannot comment. Even had the nerve to look me up and down like she had a problem. Never going there again. The staff issue is a huge turnoff.
