I watch a table sit there as 4 servers passed through a handful of times for well over half an hour and as I'm writing this they still haven't been waited on! Well, this is the third time I have seen bww do something disgusting with food. This time, the server went down the line of waiting-to-be-delivered food, and lifted the bun AND the burgers themselves, to see what condiments were on them, so he would get the right one. I've been coming to the Wooster, OH location for years and three things are always bad: management; customer service; quality of their wings. Tonight I placed a to-go order and the biggest, most expensive meal on the order was 15 Wild wings. We picked it and came home, and what was missing? $25 worth of those wings. We called them back and they (the manager) refused to refund or give any kind of discount. They told us our only option was to come back and pick them up. So, let me get this straight: you're in food service and you charge someone $25 for food that you fail to give them, and you refuse to make it right by giving a discount or refund of any kind? We were already home and sitting down to eat. And you want to tell me my only option is to come back and pick up those wings which have been sitting there for 20 minutes, and it will be another 20 minutes sitting there for me to come back and get them on top of of everyone else's food getting cold waiting on my meal? You fault your customers for your bad service? Got it. That's the last we will ever be ordering food from here, at least until things change. I gave them 2 stars only because there are one or two good servers that work there, they have a good selection of drafts, and a lot of TV's. As others say, it can really be "hit or miss" here. Results can vary greatly. Some workers here are cool, professional, and kind, while others are not. For example, my previous visit picking up my online order here included rather pleasant and professional restaurant workers. I have unfortunately succumbed to the convenience of getting food for a family of 6 at one place for over a decade at this particularly BW3. It's rare, when dining in, that I leave this location in a good mood, but at least you're in their presence to help them fix their errors. Takeout is a whole other story. DO NOT GET TAKEOUT FORM THIS LOCATION. Not unless you like driving around to fix your order or to pick up items they missed. This particular evening, I arrived when the app said my food was ready. I was told 5 minutes. I waited 25. They use to check your food to make sure it was all there. But they've apparently decided to suck again. They didn't check the food and food was missing. But to make matters worse, and I didn't figure it out until I got home, the EMPLOYEES UP FRONT WERE INTENTIONALLY USING THEIR PHONES TO TIE UP THE BW3 PHONE LINES AND KEEP THEM BUSY. As a result, I couldn't call in to get my order fixed. I never understood why they were so fixated on their phones and leaving them face up on the the front counter in an obvious call. One of the worst food place options in Wooster. Ive been four times in three years...I give up. I had wings boneless and regular both are undercooked. The chicken is always veiny/chewy. The fried pickles are way to grainy and gross. This place manages to always be entirely to slow to bring food out. The last visit my food made me sick not sure if it was undercooked or someone was just ill in the kitchen. The bar tenders are average and not extremely nice. I love the vibe inside, great decor and nice tvs across the dining rooms. I encourage you to go check out the place to watch a game or two but sip on a soda drink and just buy the sauces...cook your own chicken properly its way better! This place has the worst customer service I've ever had. There were 3 times that stick out the most. On one occasion, our server was too busy cleaning and trying to get finished with her stuff so she could go home to get us refills. We waited about 15 minutes for refills and I ended up getting it myself. Even after one of the other servers gave her a talking-to about that, she still continued to clean for about 5 minutes before ever coming over to our table to give us a fake apology. On another occasion, we ordered for take-out. We were told ten to 15 minutes. We got there around the time it should have been done only to wait an additional 25-30 minutes to finally receive our order. Not only was our food not done, one girl went to check on our order and never came back. My fiance ended up having to walk into the kitchen to get somebody's attention. When we finally got our order and I found out we had to pay full price for our order being 30 minutes late and the rude service, I went into the store to speak to a manager. There was no one at the counter to greet me, so I ended up having to walk back to the bar and asked the bartender to get the manager. Finally the manager came out and I asked her for a refund. She didn't seem apologetic at all but I did end up getting a refund. The most recent time, our server never came to check on us or to give us refills. She had 2 other tables she would check on and she completely ignored our table. While waiting for our refills, she proceeded to sit down with her friends in a booth about 8 feet away and have a good ol' time chatting away and not doing her job. She literally took our orders, gave us our drinks and food, and never came back. We complained to the manager about the service and all the other times we've had bad service there and he was very apologetic and gave us coupons. The current manager is very polite and listened to our problem and actually seemed to care. He informed us that they are going to be doing something about all the bad service because there have been lots of people complaining about it. I'm not sure if he was the general manager or a shift manager but I really hope he fixes the situation. Not every server there is bad. We've had some good ones but the bad ones really have an effect on your dining experience. On a positive note, the food is very tasty and the atmosphere is nice. It's a nice place to come hang out after work for wings and a beer or to hang out with friends. One thing I have an issue with is the tiny amount of sauce they put on their wings, but I just ask for extra sauce. Despite the sometimes awful service, I highly suggest eating here. read more

My wings were on point, with the seasoning I had asked for and the sauce I wanted. The appetizer that had the garlic mushrooms were pretty good too. I had a few beers and ate all my wings and left. Where do I start. So so bad. If I could give it zero stars, I would. My husband and I have eaten in the store once, and it was an okay experience overall. Food was meh, and it had more of a bar feel than a restaurant, but it was your standard chain restaurant experience - not terrible, but not great. On our second occasion, we called in an order for pick up. The person who took our order was not familiar with the menu at all, and we were placed on hold no less than THREE times for her to check if the kitchen could make something...that was on the menu. After placing our order, we drive down to pick it up, and there are 3 employees up front and not ONE person looks up or tries to help us. After waiting a few minutes for them to notice us, then politely saying "excuse me, I'm here for a pick up order," they deign to pause their conversation to grab our order from the kitchen. After we get home, we notice that all three of our orders are wrong: my brother's black and blue burger is actually a cold chicken sandwich with blue cheese and lettuce (what?), they gave us onion rings instead of fries, and my hummus plate is missing the hummus. Wooster has limited dining options to begin with, but we definitely wont be eating there again. AVOID unless you're there for the booze. read more

Wooster, Ohio. Went to a hockey tournament in Woostet Ohio, group of 40 went for an after lunch after a hockey game. The boys (aged 16-18) sat by themselves and parents were at various tables. The boys sat there for 75 minutes without food. Some without drinks. When I asked the server why the incredibly long wait, she said the food was cooking. The "manager" stepped in and said the 1. large group was the reason for the slow service, 2. He had a new server breaking in on that table, When I asked why he was using a new server on such a big table he changed his answer to "there are 4 servers working that table" when I asked again why none of the it's had received food he said" it was a big table". He said the food was going to be coming out. I asked if he was trying to get all the food out at once , he said we break big groups down to tables of six. I said , "ok, why isn't there anyone at that table with food." He said" Stop yelling sir. ( it's loud in that place and I had raised my voice to be heard). conversation over, I want you to leave!" And then turned to someone at the front counter and said "Please call the police" I was drinking water, hadn't threatened anyone and was asking about a food order that I was paying for and this junior, completely untrained "manager" with zero people skills didn't have a resolution to the problem so he threw me out. He wouldn't give me his name but kept offering me his bosses card with her number on it, which I called and rang at the restaurant.
