We found this place online in Juneau, dropped off at 9:15 am, clothes for 4 people were washed, dried, folded, and saran wrapped ready to go by 1 pm. (They told us 2pm, but were early). They updated us via text, we paid online before we picked up. All clothes were present and accounted for. I would 10/10 recommend and return.

Good points: the counter staff is nice and they have your clothes ready when they say they will. The prices are reasonable too, especially considering they have no competitors. The bad news is that they damage a pretty high percentage of the clothes you entrust them with. Ruined or missing buttons are most common, but they also wet washed a jacket I brought in for dry cleaning and had the nerve to attach a note claiming I had insisted on not dry cleaning it. My rough estimate is that about one item in twenty gets some form of damage here but, Murphy's Law being in effect, the item damaged will be the most valuable or favorite thing you bring in. They are fine for items you can handle being harmed but don't drop off anything you care a lot about.

I called Budget Appliance repair this morning when my washing maching stopped working. I was told…read morethe first opening was next Tuesday, but the representative said that he would try to get someone to me this afternoon. Less than ten minutes later I got a call from one of the friendly repair people, Kyle, saying that he'd had a cancelation and could come right away. He was here within a half hour of my making the initial call! After he'd started tinkering with the washer I recalled that the water had been turned off where I lived for maintenance, so likely that was it and there was nothing wrong with the washer. Kyle agreed, but still fished around to remove a coin stuck in the washer, and didn't charge me anything at all! Highly recommend.
