To our great and wonderful surprise, Ray called my husband back within an hour and said he would be by to our house that afternoon!! Ray arrived as planned and confirmed we had flying squirrels getting in through several exterior access points near dormers. Ray came back a day later and placed one way doors on the access points. These "doors" enable the squirrels to leave our house but they can't get back in the house. Ray will come back in a month to remove the doors and plug the holes. This gives the squirrels an opportunity to safely and humanely exit. It is good for us because the squirrels aren't trapped in the house. Ray was knowledgeable, thorough, a very good communicator when he was delayed at another job and reasonably priced. Awesome!

When looking at our history on our account, the names of the applications are different and prices changed. For example, we were charged 87.84 for late summer instead of 30.72 that was listed on the original contract. We did not have a winterizer in our original contract and were charged additional for that. The early summer was not done. Summer application was skipped. I had to reach out in May to even get the first application started. It should have been done in April. The worst part was when the aeration and overseeing was supposed to be done, I watched on our security cameras 2 techs who walked my property, placed a sign at the end of the driveway indicating it was completed, when in fact it was not. The excuse I was given was that the one tech was deployed. I thank him for his service, but why would he place a sign indicating the service was done when it was not? The figures are all over the place and it seems almost intended to confuse the customer. I feel like I've been playing a game of Follow the Bouncing Ball and am losing. I have worked with 2 other providers for many years and never had such a horrible experience. I definitely will not be returning next year.

When I was no longer with the practice and moved into another industry, I was once again in the need for a reliable cleaning company. I immediately reached out to JCS. JCS provides excellent cleaning services, but they are so much more. I have called on them in the past for outside maintenance including removing snow from oil-fill tanks and debris from gutters. Inside work included moving and rearranging office furniture to allow for better productivity of staff, fixing door closures, locks and handling all sorts of light maintenance work at both firms. The finished job was always done well, on budget and on-time. They do outstanding work on vinyl floors, from stripping to polishing. They turned our dull, stained and scratched vinyl floors into a new looking floor. However, I think their greatest asset is their attention to detail in everything they do.
