But I will attempt to paint an accurate picture for you. First, the initial worker who showed up was rude, unfriendly and would not speak at all. He was supposed to dig a trench 12 inches deep to place the mesh around the deck to prevent animal intrusion. The depth is important otherwise the mesh is useless. After he left the first day we checked and the mesh was actually 6-7 inches. We pointed this out to Becky the office manager and she sent somebody else out to fix it. No apologies, just excuses. The second worker eventually finished the work but the job that was supposed to take two days stretched out from April to June 30 th. There were multiple no call, no show days as well as the one worker they sent never worked for more than 3 hours. Despite asking the office manager Becky to finish the job we were given empty promises. Every time the worker showed up she would state " the job will be completed today" but never was. For the money we paid this company should be embarrassed to operate the way they do business. I'm not sure how they stay in business.

When looking at our history on our account, the names of the applications are different and prices changed. For example, we were charged 87.84 for late summer instead of 30.72 that was listed on the original contract. We did not have a winterizer in our original contract and were charged additional for that. The early summer was not done. Summer application was skipped. I had to reach out in May to even get the first application started. It should have been done in April. The worst part was when the aeration and overseeing was supposed to be done, I watched on our security cameras 2 techs who walked my property, placed a sign at the end of the driveway indicating it was completed, when in fact it was not. The excuse I was given was that the one tech was deployed. I thank him for his service, but why would he place a sign indicating the service was done when it was not? The figures are all over the place and it seems almost intended to confuse the customer. I feel like I've been playing a game of Follow the Bouncing Ball and am losing. I have worked with 2 other providers for many years and never had such a horrible experience. I definitely will not be returning next year.
