I have many rental properties and used Dodson for all my pest problems from termites to roaches…read more The quality of Dodson Bros. service was slowly getting worse. I had a tenant that complained about roaches, Dodson went out 3 times in a month to treat and couldn't fix the problem. The tenant told me if we couldn't fix the problem he was going to move. (understandable) I called A-active Pest Control that morning, they treated the property that afternoon and I haven't had a problem since. Here's the icing on the cake: I called Dodson to let them know that I would not be paying their bill because they didn't fix the problem and I was displeased with their service and they told me that if I didn't pay, they would send my account to collections. They did.. two and a half years later I get a subpoena for $150.00 from a collection attorney. I called the owner of Dodson Bros, and left a voice mail for him at his corporate office in Lynchburg, VA, never heard back.. I ended up paying 206.00 for the crappy service and court costs just to prevent the hassle of going to court and possibly getting a judgement against me. Stay away from these guys.. They're crooks.

In a couple of subsequent phone calls with his manager in attempts to establish a service date I encountered an extremely rude, arrogant and belligerent attitude as well.
