They keep it looking like a professional golf course. In winter they handle all my snow removal, long driveway, stairs and all. I have the team from Bugaboo keeping my yard in check for the past 5 years and it looks amazing! The crew comes usually on the same day of the week (unless it rains) so that helps me plan for events on my yard accordingly! We have used Bugaboo Landscaping for well over 15 years, finding their crews to be reliable, responsible and competent. Any concern that we may have had was dealt with immediately. They have always done little extras, for example, after one horrible wind storm that damage trees, Bugaboo showed up with a chainsaw to remove damaged and broken branches from their client's property. We have had two Franchise owners...Matt and now Kesha...both are excellent, well spoken and hire very good workers for their teams. Very highly recommended read more

Do not use this company if you value your fruit bearing bushes or trees. Two years ago a lawn jockey took weed walkers to my nanking cherry bushes while they were in full fruit at the end of July. They destroyed the bushes and I lost half my fruit. Upon contacting the company I was never contacted back. Last year not one flower nor one piece of fruit but there are 100s of suckers in my flower bed. Again on Monday they attack my full fruit bushes and destroyed half of my fruit. They are uneducated as to trim and maintenance of fruit bearing bushes. Again this company was to contact me and again no response. This company is only good for mowing the lawn and if you value your fence you might want to move it cause there yard crew use weed wackers to leave dips in the wood. 25 years for our fence but this companies disregard we will have replace in 5 years. read more

My condo board contracts bugaboo and as a resident, I always have problems with these landscapers. In the summer, they come maybe twice in the summer and they do a complete hack job on the bushes and never clean up their mess. In the winter, they don't close any patio gates after blowing snow. Do not recommend. read more

I have read the reviews for this company and I am shocked! As a fellow business owner and someone who rarely see people who do more than they are asked or paid for, I have been impressed by this company. I live in one of the new townhouse complex in Coventry Hills - Coventry Station. They do our landscaping and snow removal service. They have for the past two years. You know how terrible the winter has been in Calgary this year (2017/2018). Every time it has snowed, this company has arrived promptly to clear the snow from laneways (main drive). And that is expected. However, they also shovel the snow by hand in EVERY driveway (there are over 100 in this complex), AND clear every front door step. Crazy hard work! They are diligent, and never see them taking a break (even though they more than earn them)! I have seen them on days where it is sub -20 and they are out there with no shelter from the elements, doing what they do. With care and pride in their work. On days where it is bad - and there have been many this winter! It is such a peace arriving home. I can drive straight into my garage from my cleared driveway. And if it has snowed overnight, when I open my garage in the morning, my driveway is cleared. THANK YOU!!! Not sure what my condo pays these guys, but honestly, they deserve a huge bonus this year! DO NOT WORK OR USE THIS COMPANY. They will take advantage of you as a client and as an employee. It's all about the dollar signs and THEY WILL, I REPEAT, THEY WILL FUCK YOU. NO QUESTION. They will make you feel like you're valuable at first but then work you to the bone. The owners of this company do not care about you and will not listen to any concerns. Also, the franchise owner who I worked for has no experience at all in landscaping... so if you apply to work for bugaboo, make sure to get on a crew that will pay you fairly, and work for someone that can give solid direction or you will be teaching them for not equal pay. He also goes the cheap labour route so if you are a client, expect really poor quality work. I would give them a 0 out of 5 if I could. read more

do not waste your time hiring bugaboo for your snow removal. they show up at least 20 hours after the snowfall has stopped, when the snow is hard packed from traffic. then they remove the light skiff of snow on top of the hard pack and leave all the hard packed snow on your step and driveway. my step is more dangerous after they leave than it was before their arrival. bugaboo is expensive and provide very poor service. it will only frustrate you if you hire them. read more
