I immediately called them up and within a couple of hours, because they were on another call at the time, they were here. The owners were super cool, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very prepared. In the end, they bagged a rattle snake. Not only that, but they made sure there weren't others in the shed or anywhere else in the backyard. That was a great relief to me.
