They have always been polite and efficient, if a little high-priced. However, this last time I piggy-backed my service call onto my sister's service order (we live next door to each other)--she had 5 bait stations refilled and I had 2 refills. Her bill was $50 and SO WAS MINE (bills are not itemized), so I called Bugman thinking they had made a mistake on my bill. Nope! It was explained to me that the minimum bill is $50 which includes a trip charge. I argued that there was only one "trip," as the technician just walked from her house over to mine, but they would not budge on the $50 charge. Not very neighborly!
