The first time he came last year, we had had a plumbing malfunction and our carpets were flooded and stained. He took those stains out. Which is his right & we were told it was a mom & her son who bought it, we thought bummer but ok we'll give them a try.. I tell you I'm STILL angry... & we had them come out AGAIN .. a few months ago. The young man whose a know it all.. Who knows nothing ... Said he sprayed entire property which he didn't.. We had more funnel webs ( aggressive spiders) the. We had b4 he showed.. He insulted my dog several times bcuz my dog barked at him.. UM are U effin serious? Yeah that's what dogs do.. Called him a mutt a few times.. We asked if solution was poisonous to pets & he said no.. Then went on & on about how our "mutt dog" could drink a gallon of it & wouldn't hurt him at all.. (He spends more time bragging & yackin then spraying) then when we called them back to maybe actually do job he was hired to do he seemed angry (sorry NOT my fault) my husband watched him & he STILL didn't spray .. Also the most common sense places it seems ANY exterminator would just so obviously see he had no clue.. Like wood piles .. My husband said did you spray around wood (our useable wood, we do ALOT of projects & renovations) this kid I believe his name was TJ replied.. Ugh NO.. I didn't spray that cuz the fumes of this "stuff" is toxic when burnt.. My husband said when BURNT? (He NEVER ever asked) this kid says Yah aren't ya gunna burn all that wood? He has taken time to review what he was going and what to expect. He was kind to my young son, cats, and dog. When I missed an appointment, they were nothing but kind and understanding.
