I had bats in my house. I actually saw 2 flying and I saw their poop. Josh came out right away to seal where the bats were. He said since I had been exposed I should get the rabies shots. He really stressed that. After he left I looked what a bite looked like. Wow !! I had been bitten. So I went for the shots. I'm very grateful to Josh for telling me the info. He came today with Alex and they sealed the inside of my house. They did a great job (I know a lot about construction) sealing everything. Josh quickly responded to my phone call with enthusiasm and knowledge regarding our pest problem. He did a free consultation at our house for cluster flies (gross). He is excited about his organic not-so-toxic products. It makes you excited about bug spray also. He is not the cheapest (I called other companies for quotes) but I appreciated the safety aspect for our young child. He did the entire exterior of our house on a ladder with a backpack. I was surprised that he did not have a face mask but I think he truly believes in the products that he uses. He also put down dust in our crawl space and garage when we saw a hobo spider run out and die in front of our eyes (he said he has yet to see a garage in Missoula without a hobo spider). He did all of this in October 2016. I was waiting to write a review until now to comment on whether anything has returned. So far (June 2017), we have not had any new problems with flies or spiders. I will update if I see anything. He said that he would not be surprised if they return as the flies may have gotten into the panels in the house before he came out. I am really hoping they don't.
