Super fast to respond. So knowledgeable. They called me and let me know when to spray it's not time yet so we decided to wait on their suggestion. To me I always put my trust in professionals and when it heats up if they come back we will call and have them spray. Company does not return your calls --they did not respond to calls from myself, my husband, or our landlord.

We had a mouse/a few mice visiting our house, specifically our pantry and the surrounding areas. My husband and I purchased mouse traps but given that we had no idea whether that would solve the problem, and have a child and two dogs, we wanted to get things taken care of professionally. I found bugs and beyond on yelp, called the number, which was immediately picked up by the owner (who is a lovely man). we made an appointment right then and there, his son came out a few days later and surveyed our property, explained what was happening, and set up an anti-mouse system. He said it would work in under five days and to give him a call if we found any evidence--he'd be happy to come back if need be. I was skeptical that it could work so quickly after so many days and nights of me freaking out, but he was right! They placed the poison in all the right places. Our mouse problem, which kept me awake at night, was gone almost instantly. In addition, the team is really nice, professional, and reasonably priced. We will absolutely use them for any future pest problems. Hopefully there will be no more, but we live in the country so I'm sure there will be. ;) So great to have these guys on speed dial!!! read more

I called this company 2 years ago as I believed I had raccoons in my attic. He explained that nothing could be done until I had the trees around my house trimmed so the raccoons couldn't get on my roof. 3 months and $5000 later my trees were trimmed and I called again for him to get rid of the racoons. His response: " Well why don't we give them a few weeks to leave on their own. I also suspect they are getting in via the drain pipes..." I hired another company who trapped 15 raccoons over 2 weeks and repaired over $10K worth of damage. I not only don't recommend them-they shouldn't be in business. read more

Josh gave me a quote over the phone to get rid of wasps I had in the ground inside of a window well. The day of the job he said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK to come early. It was so he came out and after donning full protection suit, dusted the nests. Said if they came back in a week or 2 a re-retreatment was included in the price. My internet research was inconclusive and I'd heard some conflicting information about ant habits and diet. For the 3d time in several years, squirrels got into my home between the ceiling and the roof (I have no attic). Critter Control came the first 2 times and put in a one way trap to get the animals out then sealed up the opening where they had chewed through the wood siding. I was happy with their work and called them first this time as well. They have been acquired by a large company and wanted $700 to do the job--even though they had done it just 2 years ago (squirrels got in at the same location, just further along the siding). I was horrified by this price, as I cannot afford it--especially during this pandemic. I found Josh online and before I told him that the squirrels got in at the same location, he explained that he does not use the one way traps to get them out because they typically will return and find a way around the hole that was sealed...which is exactly what happened. Instead, he traps the squirrels using peanut butter then comes and takes them and relocates them to another location. This requires more labor on his part because he can only trap one at a time but his price is fair and reasonable--it will cost me LESS THAN HALF what CC wanted for the job. He came Monday, trapped 4 squirrels over 4 days and is coming today to seal up the opening. I am thrilled with the job he has done and also happy the squirrels are alive and living elsewhere so I won't have to go through this again! When recently started having issues with carpenter ants I did a quick Google search and came up with Bugs & Beyond. After reading his reviews he sounded like just the guy we would like to come out. Joshua came out, was on time, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, was not wanting to do anything that was not necessary. Raccoon mother and babies removed and they haven't returned. Bugs & Beyond just had me put a loud radio in the attic near where the raccoons were hanging out. Didn't charge much at all. Followed up a week or so later to confirm that the noise ran them off. It did. Thanks Bugs & Beyond! read more

Josh achieved the holy grail--cheap, pretty fast, and done well. They say you can't have all three, but this is really close. Called him late one night because we have yellowjackets in the wall, he answered immediately and was able to come out within two days (it's the season and he's pretty busy). Told me that if the first treatment didn't do the job, he'd come back for free to make sure the issue was solved. Sometimes the dust doesn't get carried all the way up to the queen, and if she doesn't die, you'll still have a problem. On top of that, his price was very reasonable--didn't break the bank at all. Wow what a great guy! I found these little tiny winged insects in my basement and was worried maybe they were termites? I called Josh to set up an appointment after another company wouldn't even come inside to look at the bug without me signing a full blown contract with them. I'm giving Joshua 5 stars on the assumption that the potency of his insecticide is the same as the "brand names". Josh returned my original call promptly and was able to fit me into his schedule. He called prior to showing up, confirming his expected arrival. He was informative and helpful in explaining what is needed to minimize ant and spider intrusion. He also sprayed a few places where wasps cluster. Based on pricing from the "brand names" he was less than half as expensive.
