He is the owner operator and couldn't have been nicer, very professional, and said we didn't even need a cage. He put some rags, and loose shingles in the raccoon hole and came back the next day to see if anything had moved. No raccoon and a charge of $75!!! Jeff's number is 303-990-1218. I called Orkin and although the call center told me they could be there that day (they actually could not) they were there in a couple of days and could not find a problem they left monitors for a few days and came back and saw nothing. When he called me he told me of his findings and also told me there would be no charge because they did not treat. Class company that I would recommend and use again.
