He was able to clearly layout his entire process and how he runs his operation and to me that is very important. We originally were looking to build from the ground up and after searching through Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, all the time he would personally come out to the properties and land, finally settling in Chino Valley. For him to do something like that is completely above and beyond what I would expect from a General Contractor. For us we had him oversee and handle a complete kitchen redo, install flooring throughout, expanding bathrooms, constructing stairs for a deck, and installing a new master entrance leading outside. He was very attentive throughout every step, communicating clearly about timelines, and calming any nerves when adverse things would come up (I don't believe there has been a construction project in history that didn't come with a hiccup or two). For example, we had some scheduling issues due to circumstances beyond anyone's control as we started our project about 1 week before the Covid pandemic. Throughout it all Darin and his employees at Integrabuild were some of the hardest working people I have meet and I was in the Marine Corps. We absolutely love the result and how our house turned out. I would say some of the biggest attributes that set him apart from the rest is communication, managing expectations, and overall work ethic is why anyone looking to hire a general contractor should reach out to him and his team. He convinced us to leave our contract with the main contractor, promised to finish our project quickly if we paid more, and assured us that our job was a priority. However, delays continued to occur due to what he stated were more financial constraints, equipment malfunctions, and personnel shortages. The project started in September 2024, and it is now August 2025 Kale later stopped communicating with us--he missed appointments, ignored calls, and left our messages unanswered. His contract was unprofessional, and he refused to sign a better one that would hold him accountable. He even took building materials we bought from our property without permission. Kale and his crew also sometimes showed up under the influence. After researching his company, we found that others had similar negative experiences. Now we have property damage and must hire someone else to fix his poor workmanship. We lost 80% of our funds to him on nearly a six-digit budget. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON!
