This year, I purchased lawn aeration services. When contacted to schedule, I provided a one-week window and was told I'd receive a follow-up call. After six days with no response, I called and was informed I was never scheduled. I explained I'd be out of town soon and had limited availability. The representative assured me she'd call back Monday--she didn't. I followed up again, requested a manager call me, and still received no response. I ultimately canceled the service and requested a refund. The manager said it would be sent to accounting. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase down basic service or accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and will be seeking a new lawn care provider. Too bad, this company does not need customers they need a babysiter.

My neighbor and I have a…read moreprobably 20-30 year old walnut tree on our property line that had lost a large branch (still hanging) in a storm this summer. It also had several over hanging branches on both our roof lines. William brought his lift machine in a literal 5 to 6 foot space to trim this 55+ foot tree. They did an excellent job with zero damage to any shingles, siding, eves trough or lawn. He and his team knew exactly how to fell branches with zero collateral damage. What I was most happy with was their dedication to Safety. I will be getting them back soon to do more work on my property.
