Since I had never been here before, I had a lot of questions on process and pricing etc. The staff was really friendly and helpful and tolerant of my ignorance. I was looking for something specific to indulge my "firefighter" fan grandson and they had exactly what I was looking for. The price seemed fair so I will probably go back, once I have checked with his parents. The children in the store with their parents seemed to be having a good time. It was a weekday morning so they were just toddlers. I have been past the place on a Saturday and it was mobbed with elementary aged kids (and some parents.)

A very special thank you to the girls at Build-a-Bear, Flatirons Crossing. Your help on the phone, you willingness to do whatever it takes to have a happy customer, and your happy faces when we came to see you about making some bears...I love it when a crew knows their customers and simply does their job well! You made my daughter's birthday super special.

Your average build a bear in a mall. Not good not bad. Did find a couple of cute dresses and T-shirts for the grandfrogs.

Much better than buying trinkets she did not need. There were lots of families sitting around watching their kids too. But maybe not enough chairs for all as it was a busy holiday off from school. I was able to grab one though as my husband walked around the visitor areas to watch their charges. We got lot of pix of her this way on equipment she had not tried before but similar and capable to do so. There is plenty of space for the older kids, many her age or a few years older and younger so she fit right in. There is a separate area for smaller kids, toddlers and preschoolers whose parent were even closer by to them. Her father signed her up for an hour which gave all of us enough time. It seemed safe and there was always staff around, picking up out of bounds plastic balls forever flying out of the ball pit and others just observing across the activities. She would still be willing to go again in the next few visits until she is truly a tween.

My daughter had so much fun & the price is reasonable. There are about 5 tables in the center. "Little Land" is a toddler area for ages 4 and under. There's also a candy shop and snack bar. The restrooms are spacious, clean, and family friendly. In the largest stall, there's a baby changing station, diaper pail, and even a kid sized toilet! We loved our experience here and will definitely return. Tips: bring grip socks (if you have them); they're required for the little ones. Sign the waiver online before you arrive to save time. You can purchase your ticket online; the website shows how many tickets are sold at designated time frames. This helps you get a better idea of how crowded it may be!

Then we make our way to the tropical butterfly room. Where we spend 10 minutes at most because when we get there. He wants a snack but I know he knows the play area is next. It keeps my toddler busy for hours. And he leaves happy. Surprisingly a fun place for a toddler. I never knew he would be so interested in the bugs but he loves it. And asks to go back fairly often. I recommend it for sure. Especially for young children. You can end your time in the play area. They do close for about 15 minutes each day for a deep clean. I forget the time. Overall, a great place to go.

Best Birthday Party Experience Ever -- for Kids and Adults…read more We hosted Stella's 4th birthday party at Bounce Empire, and it was hands down one of the coolest places we've ever had a party. What truly sets Bounce Empire apart is that it's not just for kids -- it actually considers the adults too. So many kids' birthday venues forget about the parents, but not here. There's a full bar, massage pods, a movie theater room with recliners to watch sports, chess tables, and a beautiful outdoor patio with mountain views. It felt more like a resort than a kids' party venue. And the bounce houses? Definitely not just for kids. All the adults had an absolute blast too. They even have DJs! We were there for an 11 a.m. party so we didn't get to experience the DJ that day, but I've been here before for a late-night adult girls' party and it's just as fun for adults as it is for kids. Now I have to talk about the event planner, Ariann -- because she truly made this experience unforgettable. As a mom of two, getting somewhere early to set up balloons, cups, decorations, food, cupcakes, candles... it's usually stressful and exhausting. This time? I didn't lift a single finger. Ariann handled everything. Setup, food, cupcakes, candles, décor, and even cleanup. I was able to just be present and actually enjoy my child's birthday party -- which honestly almost made me cry. That kind of care and support is priceless. We never felt rushed, the party flowed perfectly, and it was by far the most laid-back, fun, and stress-free birthday party we've ever had -- for our kid. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it 100% worth it? Absolutely. I would recommend Bounce Empire to anyone looking for a birthday party that truly caters to everyone -- kids and adults. We will definitely be back.

Your kids will have an absolute blast. If you have toddlers, this is not the place for them yet. They'll have a tough time negotiating all of the bounce houses and obstacle courses, and the slides will be a little too fast for them. One day, they'll love it, but not yet. If you're a parent or just going as an adult, prepare for a lot of STEEP slides, fun obstacles, and a fun few hours to be a kid again. It's an active, high energy place, and as long as you are ready to unleash your inner kid, you'll have a great time. The inflatables are incredible. The live DJ makes it feel special. Overall, it's so much better than you'd ever expect.

When the time did come to book her party, she decided she still really wanted to have her party here. I reached out via the form on the website and heard back super quickly with details on pricing and options, and just as quickly when I asked for availability for the specific day. We booked the party and made our deposit and leading up to the party had a lot of updates to throw at them including number of people, time in the party area, and add ons like ordering pizza. Each time their responses were prompt and incredibly helpful. On the day of the party Jared greeted me and gave me the full run down, and made sure all my questions were answered. We got set up and right at our party time they brought the kids on the floor for both guided activities and free play. They really made my daughter feel special by letting her lead the activities and even gave her a few special things to do, which she absolutely loved! All the kids in the party had an amazing time with coach Jared and coach Logan and we felt they were safe and taken care of the entire time. At the end of the party, every single parent came up to tell us how much they and their kid loved the party. Jared let us know we could leave anything we didn't want to take (extra food, decorations, etc) and they would clean it up. That was a huge bonus and made our life so much easier! Jared, Logan, and the party planning team made my daughter's birthday part so amazingly smooth and fun - I would not be surprised if she wants to come back next year and I would gladly do it all again!

The staff members were so helpful and kind, they showed the kids what to do safely, and then let them go at it on the appropriate courses. I don't know the technical terms but the ones that allowed them to clip themselves in and come down when they were ready was amazing. They treated the kids like any other climbers, and they were absolute naturals. My husband and I just watched (supervised) in awe. We took a short dinner break across the street at John's restaurant and bar (AWESOME) and then they went back to climbing until almost 9pm. It was truly one of the best days we have ever had as a family. Oh and then they begged to go back the next day so we went (equally amazing!). Their confidence skyrocketed and they are well on their way to being lifelong climbers. The only issue was that any other gym we go to will pale in comparison to our experience here!
