I ordered a bear online and had an amazing experience in store. Because of social distancing in the store, I had to stand in line for about 45 minutes (visited around 2pm on a Saturday). However, once i was inside, I felt completely safe. The stuffing process was streamlined and organized. Our helper, Kelsey, was so great! Super knowledgeable and sweet. I had a really great time and I always appreciate having an authentic experience in BAB as an adult! Hey

I'm not one to spend a ton of money on bears, but the experience of making them is what I'm paying for, I realize. Before my child and nephew, I could really care less, but now I realize how cool this place is. I wanted to take them on pay your age day, but that was too crazy, and I refused to let my two year old wait in a 6 hour line. They did great though and sent vouchers. I took my nephew for an Aunt/Nephew trip. He chose the tRex and had such a great time making him. He helped with my daughter's unicorn surprise as well. The teddy stuffer attendant was nice and talked to my very excited nephew. She was patient and kind to him. He loves to talk and she obliged. We didn't feel rushed and we had lots of fun. The extra $5 back baggy is a cute option and my nephew wanted it, so I got it. There are little arm holes and he has been carrying it around everywhere!!

    Cute boxes.

Always a fun experience for little ones , but they should honestly have someone walk you through the whole process. If you haven't been there before, it can be kind of a confusing, 'where do I go next' type deal. If you go here be prepared to spend time , this is not a walk in, get out type things. It is a process. Overall, it's kind of expensive , especially after you include the clothes and endless accessories they know your child will beg for on display around the store. Bears do last for just about forever though (:

A visit to the mall is never complete without visiting Build A Bear. My daughter loves this place. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Its refreshing walking into a place of business where everyone seems to love there job. They are always busy but that seems to never detour the staff from greeting you or making sure that you never have to badger someone to help you. The great service doesn't stop after your purchase, you can bring your bear back at any time to have more stuffing put in at no charge. We have enjoyed this place for several years and look forward to many more visits for years to come.

Fantastic Build-A-Bear Workshop!! I was at the Mall Of Georgia for my birthday and I wanted to stop by Build-A-Bear. When I went in I was so happy!! The service was outstanding. We needed help finding a bear and the staff helped us get a perfect one. After building it the staff lead us through the heart ceremony and they did such a great job! Thankfully this Workshop has a cleaning station! (not to knock down B-A-B @ North Point but they don't) At the cleaning station you can brush your bear to get off all the extra stuffing that is not in the Bear. The clothing section was great! So many choices to choose from. Also they have a great sale section. So overall I say that Build-A-Bear at the Mall of GA is a awesome place to go to to have lots of fun!!

Erin was so great with my girls!

She is clearly passionate about what she does, and her efforts should be greatly appreciated. Hand Me Down Zoo gives a home to unwanted animals including exotics too, and she let us know which of her animal friends were available, and if you follow their Facebook page, you can get updates on new critters and creatures. She started our tour promptly right after we met her spunky kangaroo (to our huge delight!), and began with a safety intro and background story. The full hour was super fun and informative, and ended with us having the opportunity to return to the goats out front. I can't say enough nice things about Kerry and what she's doing and the animals that we fell in love with.

Please be aware that the walk through could be a bit rough for the elderly or someone that does not walk well. Kids MUST be well behaved in order not to scare animals. There is a small gift shop as well. I think you should visit. The whole thing was about 1.5 hours. Very worth the time and price.

I have to admit, it wasn't nearly as messy as I expected--they provided everything we needed and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. My granddaughter had a blast, and thanks to the wonderful employees, she gives this place 10 stars. And, said "We will definitely be back"!!! For me, it was the perfect stress-relief activity and such a great bonding experience. We went at noon, so it was peaceful and relaxed, which made it even better. The staff was incredibly attentive, giving clear instructions before and after our session. It was also nice to see that they offer event spaces for parties and gatherings. Highly recommend Color Sling for anyone looking for a unique, fun, and memorable experience

There are amazing group deals on their website as well as some more information about the business! Melissa, co-owner, was there the day we went in and she was so so welcoming. We were supplied ponchos and shoe coverings as well as lockers for our things and even hair nets and accessories. They thought of it all! Melissa explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to our creativity. I absolutely loved the fact that we were always checked on as well as our paint and cleaning waters. Melissa would make encouraging comments I needed because I for one am not creative. LOL I absolutely cannot wait to drop by again and bring others because I definitely feel it's a very special little place. The vibe just gives and I'm so grateful to know a place like this exists.

And staff followed behind him with an ice pack. I asked what happened and they said not only did he fall and hit his ear,it was because the STAFF member pushed him. I asked my son if his head hurt,he said no just his ear.so then I went to the staff member in question and asked what happened (with a family member overhearing on the phone). He said "I pushed him off of me on the STAIRS and he fell BACKWARDS and hit his ear". Granted ok let's be more specific. My son is under the age of seven for privacy reasons I won't say exact age. This staff member was in his twenties pushing a child. Medium length curly blonde/brown hair slim build white man about 5'8.On the stairs. The manager then showed me the video and in the video my son and another kid were playing with this staff member on the stairs like a tug of war game. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. These are not the kind of people that should work with children. I've known amazing people who work with kids who would run into traffic to protect a child from getting hurt, this was not that. This was the staff hurting children. Not prioritizing safety. I asked for a full refund of our two month remaining membership and they said no I'm just glad he didn't hit his head

Andretti's in Buford is basically a playground for adults disguised as a sleek entertainment complex. The space feels modern and high-energy, with neon lighting, polished concrete, glowing game zones, and that constant hum of excitement from the arcade floor and track. It's part adrenaline, part date night, and part "we are absolutely children and proud of it." We spent the evening bouncing between arcade games, fully embracing our competitive sides. The ticket machines kept spitting out proof of our triumphs, and after a heroic run of wins, we cashed in for the ultimate symbol of arcade victory: a lava lamp. Nothing strengthens a relationship like carrying a glowing tube of molten nostalgia to the car. The atmosphere is lively without feeling chaotic, making it easy to laugh, play, and celebrate small victories together. Staff were friendly, the games were in great shape, and the entire place runs with the efficiency of somewhere that understands people came to have fun, not stand around waiting. If you're looking for a Valentine's date that swaps candlelight for neon glow and roses for arcade tickets, Andretti's delivers. We left with a lava lamp, sore cheeks from laughing, and the comforting knowledge that our relationship can survive friendly competition.

Never have I seen so many people standing around, walking around, yet so little getting actually getting done. Our server finally came to our table after we've been waiting for 15 min. I ordered everything. Drinks didn't come out so I had to ask the host to order the drinks and he was nice enough to oblige. 30 min goes by. I haven't seen our server anywhere. Completely disappeared. There are tons of orders sitting there under a heat lamp. People looking like they're just waiting. For what? For the food to be ready? Well there it is! People keep coming and going into this employee entrance looking like they're busy doing something important but I wonder what. Finally our server appears to ask "how are we doing"? Huh? What about the food? She says she'll check on it. It was just sitting there under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Now all dried out. Advice to manage: get this place sorted out. Come up with efficient processes to get food out to people ASAP. Dedicated food runners who run our food as soon as it's ready. Something! Oh and the best employee there was the bartender. He was manning the bar AND busing people's tables, getting their checks. Props to him!

Wife opted out of the adventure actually so she took some pictures and just hung out while my boy and I went through obstacles and zip line adventures. The courses are great for confidence building and father son bonding time and the courses are challenging enough to keep a child engaged and having a great experience throughout the time spent on the courses. Levels 1, 2, and 3 are age appropriate for kids (2 and 3 being 7+ year olds respectively). They start you off on a practice course which is good for beginners who are learning how to operate the buckles and getting onto the course and through the sometimes challenging swivel plates and points. My son had a bit of a hard time getting through some alone so going with a parent or older guardian is recommended as younger kids can get stuck and need some support. We began from level 2 as we couldn't find level 1 initially so it was fun and challenging right from the get go! Level 2 is a combination of obstacles and zip lining. Level 3 is appropriately labeled all fun and no work as it's a series of zip lines. Level 3 low was our favorite course while level 3 high was fun but had a portion towards the end that was a challenge as we had to unhook our connectors a few times to advance through the zip line. My son is on the smaller side so we had to get creative to disconnect. Also, on a few zip lines it says to stand up quickly which is important as it is possible to go backwards if you don't complete the zip line completely which poses a bit of a challenge as well. I had to go a few times after my son when he got stuck to get him to the other side by colliding into him and pushing him to the other side of the zip line. It all added to the adventure and excitement of the excellent courses. Treetop Quest Gwinnett is conveniently located in Buford so it was only a short 10 minutes drive from our home which was nice. We came before the crowds arrived which was early pm (12:30) which is when I recommend to come as crowds can cause wait times between each course. Overall, an excellent way to spend a few hours and to create memories with your kids and family. I plan to return with my older son as well as levels 4, and 5 are for 12+ year olds and is marked with challenging! We look forward to future visits and recommend Treetop Quest Gwinnett highly. 5 solid stars and two thumbs up! #AdventureIsOutThere!

STAFF MEMBER PEYTON REVIEW: This guy is a true gem. I suppose I misunderstood the structure of the place, thinking I could just book my seven year old and watch from the ground, and that like zip line places near Helen, there would be a guide for a group, going platform to platform. This place is fully independent, so she went on her own. She had trouble with the C clip, getting it from line to line, around trees. Peyton hopped up there when my ground instructions proved useless, but didn't just give her instructions. He TAUGHT her. He made her UNDERSTAND. He did so in a way that wasn't condescending, but led her to understand how it worked, strategies to employ, like an expert teacher. He relieved her frustration from the start, gave her confidence, and got her excited about being fully independent up in these trees. The next hour and a half was wonderful fun for both my daughter and for me, watching from the ground. And then she got stuck. She was on a zip line, well above the ground, and didn't make it to the platform. I tried to get her to go hand over fist to the platform, but she didn't have the upper body strength to get to the platform. Peyton sprang to action, without request, and went along the course to get to her. He pulled her to the platform and chatted with her for a long time. After she got down, instead of the frustration and tears I feared, she was beaming. "I made a new friend!" she declared, speaking of Peyton. She told me they talked about her school, how she has lots of friends, about our dog, and more. It was a great end to the day. But Peyton wasn't done. He radioed in to the "deck" so when she arrived to get her harness off, someone was there to give her some stickers. We talked about how much fun she had at Treetop Quest, how high she got, how she went on huge zip lines on her own, but she kept bringing up her new friend Peyton. He made her day and her experience. Thank you Peyton!
