Bring back the old menu (amazing food plus healthier options), the arcade games, the massage chairs, the alcohol and all the other things that made this place stand out amongst all the other trampoline places in the area. New management has stripped it and now it just feels like a freezing cold, sad warehouse with trampolines vs a place both kids and parents could enjoy. I held my kids birthday party here a year ago and it was amazing. I wouldn't remotely consider booking it now. read more

This is a wonderful indoor play space for kids and adults! The trampolines are fun and we liked the rock climbing wall (although some of the holds should be screwed on tighter). The parkour and ninja courses are also very fun. Every time we've gone, it hasn't been too busy. The staff are also nice and attentive to safety and the enjoyment of guests. We went here for something different for a friend's birthday this year & we had a ball. The rage room was fun, just wish it was bigger & had more items, but it was good for the space. The axe throwing was fun. We even jumped on the trampolines. There weren't many other attractions open when we were there, but we enjoyed ourselves. read more

I would like to give them three stars because I really dislike how they allow adults to jump and play in the same areas as the small children. It makes me uncomfortable to see my small child sitting to shoot hoops in the same area with adult men who are obviously next in line to be the next Michael Jordan (sarcasm). Having said that My kiddos really like going to Xtremehopp, They enjoy the variety of activities to chose from and the lively music. They have an online reservation system that makes it really easy to check in once you arrive. My only recommendation would be to have an area designated for kids only, where the smaller xhildren can jump safely away from the adults. Also, please have more places for those adults that just want to sit and watch their children enjoy themselves. Like I said, the kiddos love it... this mommy not so much. me & my boyfriend went just to go to the rage room. When we got there they made us wait on the side for like 30 minutes then forgot about us. My boyfriend was getting irritated because we were waiting so long & went to the guy that told us to wait. The person at the front was like he got busy & they're understaffed. I promise you I don't care because our session was cut short because of that. Then they gave us two crates with like 15 bowls in them. They said that we could play our music when i got our tickets but when we got there the boy said he doesn't know how to work it. The camera holder was too high to reach Chile I'm 5'2 so I couldn't even record. I thought that was crazy as hell & I was pissed. I will never go back & ima definitely make a TickToc & tell all my followers not to go either. read more

Extreme Hopp is a great alternative to sky zone. I personally prefer it. Its smaller and has added features not found elsewhere like the ninja warrior area and rock climbing wall. It's also very fairly priced and you can usually find a good deal on Groupon. I am specially pleased with the fact that shoes are not allowed anywhere including the bathrooms so they have sandals outside the bathroom for you to use with your socks to go into the bathrooms. Their cafe area has many options and healthy ones as well like smoothies and salads. They also offer pizza, along other kid favorites, sandwiches, and soups. And a great plus King of Pops! read more

What a great time we had! We had a small Impromptu 8th birthday for my son. The staff was amazing. We just brought cake and presents. Everything else was taken care of! Our host Jaden did a great job helping set up, cutting the cake, and cleaning up. She was very sweet and attentive. We got so lucky that there was almost no one there on Friday night from 6-8. From the creators of HippoHopp in Atlanta. We were excited to have this location so close. Opening date moved back and forth a bit but now they're open! You can't see them from the front of the strip mall, they're behind the Dollar Tree. Toddlers - I messaged them about toddlers. They don't have a space for toddlers only. They started a toddler only time (first day 6/22 for an hour in the morning) but they don't have a schedule decided on yet. I don't think I could bring my 2 little ones in if older kids were there. Socks - This is suppose to be a socks only area? You have to wear the "Xtremehopp socks" here. You can trade in your socks for theirs, buy their socks, or bring ones you've previously bought from them. Grip sock are $2.50 and regular socks are $1. I have a few issues: 1. There's a sign to say where you enter the "park" but no sign that says "socks only" (once you've entered there is a sign with over 20 lines of rules that does mention this, see picture) 2. Almost every parent I saw still had shoes on. 3. I asked a person who worked there if shoes were permitted. She said by workers they were. She was going around talking to every parent and I'm pretty sure she didn't mention they be wearing socks. Either you're a sock only facility or you're not. The facility it brand new and clean. The park area in has 2 foam pits, a dodge ball looking area, 2 basketball type areas, 2 large open areas with square/rectangular trampolines, 2 player jumping game, small climbing wall, ninja warrior course, and parkour course. Carpet in between areas. The workers let us know there should only be one person per trampoline (poor girl tried to tell my 1yo and my friend's 2yo, they didn't understand but I asked what she wanted them to do and tried to keep one to a trampoline). There is one pair of sandals outside the male and female bathrooms just like HippoHopp. I appreciate this but you may need more sandals than one per bathroom since there's ~4 stalls in just the female bathroom. You can do the waivers online and make an account so when you come you just give them your name and pay. Otherwise you need to sign up each kid/person and sign waivers once you get there. Cost: 30mins ($10) 60mins ($15) 90mins ($19.50) 120mins ($22.50) Few other promos online. They have a special going on right now if you pay ahead online for a BOGO (buy 1hr get 1hr free through 6/30). The also have a food area where you can buy pizzas and smoothies. I have looked at the menu though. If you follow them in FB they have specials for food/drinks some days. My pros: Close distance wise Toddler only times Food sold here (some indoor parks don't sell food) Clean so far Kids enjoyed it Visually appealing Friendly staff My Cons: Not truly a "sock only" area Price tag ($30/hr for a 1yo&3yo is steep and not long enough) No toddler area Since this was made by the creators of HippoHopp I assumed they would be somewhat toddler minded, unfortunately toddlers were an afterthought. I thought about giving 3 stars but that's because I have my toddlers in mind. I think we'll be back for a toddler time and see how things work after they get the kinks out. read more

This was a terrific place for a kids party. We had 24 kids and they did a good job being able to accommodate that many kids. Pro- LOVED our party host Joshua! He did a great job engaging the kids in games and taking care of the pizza and cake needs. I give him 5 stars! Con- and biggest reason this is 4 stars verses 5 is that for the cost, they only offer one tiny water bottle for the kids. That's it. Which I find absolutely nuts. And after playing for an hour or so, they need more water than 8 oz. I ended up buying 2 cases of Gatorade to ensure the kids were properly hydrated. read more

Pretty enjoyable experience overall. Purchased online for a discount for socks and tickets. Bought 2 hours but think 1 was sufficient really. Wasn't busy on Fri night with around 3 to 4 families in total. The wall climbing was ok, though would have been better if was a bit higher for a proper experience. The ninja warriors portion was too difficult for kids and honestly most fit adults (I'm fairly fit and athletic). There were portions needing you to go upside down and climbing onto high platforms with small space, and no cushioning if fell. Quite dangerous. Besides that, fun overall with dodge ball are, couple of slam dunk basketball hoops etc. read more

We had to hunt them down when our time came and they acted as if they didn't know what we were talking about. i want to say that this is a fun place for the physical activities portions. My kids had a lot of fun. However we wanted to try the escape room and were taken aback to the fact the room is Horror themed. There is a life-sized screeching mechanical bloody half man/half yeti animatronics dummy, gruesome 3d horror portraits hanging on the wall, bloody axes hanging on the walls, "brain" specimen and mentions of murder and demon possessions. I would say that for it's violence and horror themes, it would be like a R movie rating. If you are a parent and have young children you might want to think twice before purchasing tickets to the Escape Room. I want to give a higher rating because the jumping and climbing and obstacle courses are a lot of fun. But I want to make a suggestion to management: It would be better if the Escape room's theme was clearly stated on the website somewhere. read more

As much as I like the variety of places a child can play and the online price discounts are nice, the lack of rules or age limit is frustrating. My son absolutely had a blast there his first time. We must have hit it at a good time and more people his age. His favorite thing to do is dodgeball at any trampoline park. The last two times we have been there, there are adult men and teenagers playing with these little kids and they play with no mercy. My son got hit in the face so hard, that his nose bled. He now fears all of them and doesn't want to go back. Other places have an adult game and then younger and take turns if needed. There's no reason a man in his 40's should be trying to slam my 6 year old in the face with a ball. read more

This is the most unprofessional child's play place I have ever been at. I would never recommend having a birthday party here for your child. I had taken my children to this place to play and they enjoyed it, so I decided we would have my daughters birthday party there. I confirmed all details prior to the party over the phone. Which included party setup and a host. We arrived to find that the party wasn't set up. We also had no host the entire time so I ended up serving the pizza and cake myself. I had to go pressure the manager to help. Her attitude towards me was so unprofessional and unaccommodating. They seemed to not care. They also had a 13 year old child who told us she was their family, working and setting up. Definitely would not recommend this place at all read more

I don't know what it is with these front desk attendants but the negative attitude was unbearable. From the moment she asked if this was our first visit to the way she told me to sign up online - seemed like she really didn't enjoy her job or woke up on the wrong side of the bed. As I stood there filling out the online questionnaire in the tablet - she blurts out " hey, you don't have to type in your drivers license" - well I comprehend the asterisks next to the questions, thank you. Shortly after - " oh, you have to purchase one of our socks". I began to feel like she didn't want us there so in the middle of filling in the questionnaire, just turned around and exited.
