I've been coming to this location for 10 months. Over the course of that time I think there is a new manager who instilled some stricter rules. Wouldn't be against these rules if it actually made sense. 1. They took away the dodgeball area 2. You can no longer sit outside the trampoline area to watch your kid. There are some parts of the trampoline area that now have a blind spot without the ability to move on the blue carpet. 3. When I asked why the change, was told the employee he didn't know. I have photos to show the blind spot . 4. I've been reprimanded for using a water bottle. I'm sorry but I'm not going to apologize for my son needing to drink water, nor am I going to buy a $4 bottle of water from you. 5. Every time my kid is in the toddler area there is an employee almost right behind him to pick up. It's beyond weird. 6. They have limited how many big balls can be out in the soccer area 7. Today I witnessed an employee tell a couple kids they aren't allowed to do backflips on the trampoline area. 8. I also got reprimanded for having my own bottle of water hidden away in my purse. 9. Basketball had been down for awhile too We have an annual membership and I can't imagine wanting to renew. This place is getting way too controlling. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! They insisted I had to buy a membership last October because there was a Halloween Party that night and that was the only way my 5 year old could jump. I bought it, and then tried to cancel. They lied and said the card was declined the following month so I didn't have to worry. I keep getting charged but when I call the store they say they can't help me. I ask for a number to get help and they don't have one. They told me to create an account online and there would be a chat box that I could speak to corporate. There is no chat box when I creat an account online. Customer Service is absolutely rude. I was inconveniencing them by even calling. I have a membership at Urban Air now. It has the sam jump park type stuff but a lot more. In my opinion, it is a thousand percent better. read more

When we first signed up i absolutely loved it. It was great for the kids....AND regardless of the many arguments I've had. I held my debit card back before I paid for the membership and specifically asked....can we go to any skyzone? The employee promptly shook her head yes. I thought great! Well when it was time to try a different one it wasnt an option. I was asked if I read section 2 of the contract. Number one, why would I not trust your employee when she said yes? Number two, you expect 5 kids to wait to jump because I need to read through a contract because your employees arent trust worthy? Stop just trying to get memberships. We canceled today and went to the one in woodbridge. I felt like the biggest idiot for not doing that first. Even my kids said they never want to go back the fredricksburg skyzone ever again. Pheeeeew. What a place to be on a Saturday afternoon. It was PACKED to the point I almost want to say it was overpacked. Walking in and knowing what desk to go to is a bit confusing to include the set up causes a lot of blockage at the front door. We went to the desk at the far left and got ourselves checked in + colored bracelets given. Kind of small in here and not a lot of space to sit down but thankfully we found a spot. The trampoline area was nice though some of the sounds of those trampolines were a bit questionable. I commend the employees for actual caring for the kids if one got hurt -- parents just need to keep a better eye on their child because one section was off limits for 20-25 minutes trying find the kid's parent and getting a manager over. Ok so, how do I begin. Let's start with, I plan to never come here again. First problem: check-in. Imagine checking in at the international terminal during the holidays. Well it's worse. No sense of urgency, customer service and valued experience. You wait in line for 45mins for them to tell you they are booked and if you want to confirm a time you need to book online. So I book online and it says to come 15mins before your appointment time. Well I came 30min early and it still took 45mins putting me 15min past my appointment time. So I ask will the kids still get their 90 jump time. I'm expecting the answer of "absolutely" but that's not what I get. I get, let me ask. Nothing I hate more than poor customer service. I went there today with my two children to redeem two VIP passes (gift certificates) that they received for their birthday. They were purchased at this location. The business refused to honor the prepaid VIP passes because their own employee failed to sign and date the passes when they were sold. That is exactly what they told me in front of the kids. The manager was quite rude about the entire thing. They basically appear to be in the business of theft if they are selling gift certificates and then refusing to honor them. The customer service is by far the worst experience I've ever had. This was a birthday party that included children with Autism. The extreme lack of empathy and compassion from the staff was disappointing. One child in particular had his parent shooed away from the child because he only had an "Observer" band on. When the parent explained that he just needed to redirect his child, the team member said, "that's why you signed a waiver". I spoke to the manager who reiterated the same non-caring response. Knowing the Manager and Assistant Manager are a couple and was seen in the office embracing one and other was unprofessional. They are both rude and have no consideration for children who suffer from food allergies. My son has a dairy allergy and can not anything there. The cook all the same food without cleaning the oven to safeguard the guests. This place is so fun, I used to come without children but now that I have one I bring them and all my nieces and nephews. Literally the best place to tire out a toddler and burn some calories. Not sure if they'll do this in the future but they use to have adult night and they use to have promos were if you post your child jumping on fb they got to jumó for free. We used to basically live here, that's how much we loved it. The attractions, the staff, it all felt like family. Things have changed! Complete opposite of customer service or being customer oriented. Makes members now feel like they tolerate us, not welcoming at all anymore. Forbid outside food, yet we cannot eat most things they sell, they do not care. Kids under 3 were free, not anymore! Now they were expecting me to PAY FULL PRICE for a 17 months old. No coffee, I mean coffee!!! They are selling nothing but prepackaged junk coffee with added crap! So for a parent of four coming to have my kids run off their energy and they forbid me to recharge with my black coffee while there, it is simply ridiculous! I have complained before, last week I complained again, that's literally how businesses can IMPROVE, by listening to the customers concerns, I work in customer service and the business I work for DEFINITELY LISTENS. SCAM! Once you start a membership they make it a nightmare to cancel. Even with my cancellation confirmation emails they can't refund me for continuing to charge my account. I went in and spoke to Courtney Duncan who's supposed to be the GM, she walked away to do something and never came back out after I asked the employees to speak to her multiple times. I cancelled my kids' membership in April, it's August and I was charged over $300 since "cancelling" there is no number to call, the employees "couldn't give me a number or person to contact" after waiting 30 mins they took my information and said they would call back-after a week still no call. They asked me to email the link on their website (I did 2 months ago prior to physically coming in and still no response). Courney said the reason I kept being charged was I had multiple accounts (which I didn't create) but then one of her employees asked me to type in my information to create another account because mine wasn't coming up-probably because it was cancelled. No one here seems to have "any authority or ability to assist." Save yourself the headache there's plenty other things to do in the area that don't smell like pee and have drool all over the mats. read more

My wife booked party room 1 well in advance for our daughter's birthday party back in December for a late February party. Of course, 2 days before the party we receive a phone call from Katt confirming our party for party room 2 that was upstairs. Well, this is where the problem lies, we have elderly parents who cannot do stairs which is why we had booked the party well in advance to make sure we would have the party room that was located downstairs. After my wife explained this to Karen (the event coordinator) again, she was supposed to have a manager call us back. After waiting an hour no phone call so my wife called again and asked for a manager which a young gentleman stated he was and could not accommodate our request. for the lower room as we already had booked. My wife then asked for the GM which they stated they had no phone number for but an email. My wife emailed and got the response that the top floor room was bigger so we should be happy with that. My wife asked to be called to explain they situation and shockingly once again no return phone call. now it comes the day before the party and my wife calls again and spoke with Karen who once again never called my wife back. I took off work to drive to this location and spoke with the manager Jazz who explained Karen who has been there for 2 years is a problem employee who double books appointments all of the time however we could not have the bottom room due to someone being in a wheelchair and needed that room. To accommodate us they would give us a little more time to set up and give us 15% off due to all of the problems. I was told to call back a few hrs prior to the party to make sure nobody canceled and what the final plan was which at that time they stated we could use an area on the bottom floor to avoid the upstairs. Now it's not a room so we had to contend with the noise of the entire area vs a room that we could shut the door however it was better than the upstairs. Now unfortunately our daughter's grandparents decided not to come due to the uncertainty of where we were going to be placed since they cannot do multiple stairs. When you think it couldn't get worse, we get the bill and the 15% was not taken off of the balance. When I asked the young girl about this, she referred us to the manager which was Jazz who stated they made were able to move things around to make our party happen downstairs, so we get no discount. She would not even give me the 15% off after we all noticed that nobody who was in the party room we requested back in December was not in a wheelchair and this was the initial reason she stated that we could not have the room we requested. To put the icing on everything it also appears we were charged an additional $16 for a pizza we didn't order. I recommend if you book a party at this place, you should get everything in writing. We know the parents of the children who attended decided this would not be a good place to book any future birthdays their children have due to all of the issues. This might be the worst Skyzone we've gone to (or maybe we were just spoiled with the others?). The day we went, it felt like it was 80° inside- it was very hot and muggy. There wasn't much to do for the under 12 crowd beyond the main trampoline area, so everyone was on the small obstacle run, which was maybe a third of the size of other Skyzones we've been to. After about 45 minutes, my kids were asking if we could be done. They did like the icees on the way out. The rest of it was a bust for us. read more

Some of the rides like the slides that curves up are dangerous and I'm surprised no one has been seriously hurt. My daughter hurt her back on it. The Fredericksburg location does. As a mom of 2 boys 6&2 I normally hate going to places like this due to the age difference but when I tell you I was blown out of the water. I was literally BLOWN OUT of the water. FRANKEE the general manager I think is the most incredible woman I have ever met and also the most genuine, caring and hardest woman I have met in my life. And I pray pray pray that she sees this. FRANKEE you are amazing. My boys had so much fun because of you. As a mother I was comfortable being there and knowing you and your staff were all over the place to ensure everyone's safety. And also the conversations you and I shared were so memorable. The boys and I will be back and will forever be on your sideline!!!! I don't know why we are not allow to do a no star review. But yesterday my wife had the worst experience with this company. We have had a membership here every since covid and noticed that there is continued change. But yesterday my wife drove my kids there to go jump and made it there at 6:45 when she walked in and attempt to take the kids she was turned away at the front desk and said there is a policy that no one is allowed in after 6 oclock because they are not allowed to get there full 2 hours of jump. We have been there numerous times after 6 oclock seeing as we take them after we get off of work because its the only time we can take them.I had to post about this because its really been going down hill over the last two or three years. I'm okay with this being a policy and knowing that it is a policy I will now cancel my membership. But we have never received any notification via email or text to let us know about this rule. This is something that you must let be know put on your site in very big bold letters change your hours too 9am to 6pm. For us to get off of work drive an hour home tell our kids that they will be going to jump that we have been paying services for years just to get to the door during operating times and be told that we are not able to use facility that we pay for is very fustrating. Not only for me to be disappointed but to have my kids that have been waiting for me or my wife to take them to be told that they can not jump and have them crying to me because they see people in the facility using it to be turned away is very frustrating. I will be defintely cancelling my membership and telling people to not go here instead take there money somewhere that appreciates them and there membership. read more

I've been to skyzone multiple times. It is great, there is a couple things I have to say. A lot of things are closed most of the time. I went about 2 months ago. When I went there only the trampolines were opened. I went back yesterday with two of my kids, they had great service and stations were opened. I will probably go back again. Our 1st time visiting was yesterday for our 4 year old granddaughter's birthday. It was chaos to say the least. apparently there were 3 kids birthday parties scheduled for the same time. Even though our party had all pre-signed the waivers it took a good 30 minutes to check in. 30 minutes of the 60 minute jump time. Once we got in it was even worse... there were more things closed than open. Not sure if due to staffing or lack of maintenance. 2 lanes of Ninja course was closed due to "being broke". Let me start by saying my six year old was ready to leave after 15 minutes. Half the place was closed (rock wall and obstacle course) with no information provided before buying, so that was a disappointment. The staff was busy on their phones mostly vs assisting and supervising the crazy amount of kids there. There were at one point 5 kids in the foam pit with more kids jumping in, nobody around to supervise. I brought it to one staff members attention and she looked at me and said, "uhm, okay." and looked back down at her phone. My kid did not have fun and it was not worth the money. Today we had a wonderful birthday party for my daughters 10th birthday. Our host was absolutely amazing. I forgot her name because I have mommy brain, but she was so attentive and helpful. We did a Hawaiian themed party and she helped me put together all of the decorations. I couldn't have asked for a better venue experience. I did not feel rushed and she went above and beyond. We sat in the upstairs area while there was no party happening and were asked to leave while there were parents lined on benches and around the floor. My cousin had her daughters 4th birthday party here last weekend the part pack supposedly included 10 kids to jump parents jump for free pizza and all that in a party room the party was supposed to start at 1 and they didn't get the room ready till 2:30 almost 3 and the party ended at 4 and that was just 1 of the problems! The party packs was for 10 kids to jump but did not say that there could only be 15 (5 adults 10 kids) in the party because of covid! Then it was supposed to be parents could jump for free but when 2 of the parents said they would jump they took it off the 10 kids! People showed up to the party and my cousin almost had to tell them to leave till the manager came out and completely disrespected her and yelled at her I'm front of everyone because of THEIR MISTAKE! So during the singing happy birthday and presents half of us had to watch from the window in the party room! There was 2 pizza both pepperoni so a lot of the kids didn't like it! Half of the attractions were closed! They don't communicate that to you upon arrival so you pay full price for half of the offerings. That is incredibly bizarre. The place was empty upon arrival. My young daughter was able to play in the first area but they wouldn't allow my 6 year old son to play with his sister because the area is deemed 4 and under. I'm okay with an area dedicated to younger children but 4 seems like too early of a cut off for this space! It's huge and very attractive to my son's age range!!! It seems like a rule that should only be enforced during busy times. Otherwise, take that darn sign down and allow 5 and 6 year olds in this area. They want 6 and under children supervised at all times (which they remind you over and over again over the speaker), yet, I can't leave with him and leave my young child alone in the 4 and under area alone. Make it make sense!!! The staff was awful. 3 attractions were closed! THREE! I don't think I'll be back, not for that price and the ridiculous time limit - it was a weekday (non holiday). read more
