When we had to call our AC company out for repairs, they asked about our roof, informing us that more often than not, roofers inadvertently harm AC parts (holes in radiator lines, etc.). When our AC technicians went to inspect the AC equipment in the attic, they actually complemented the work Outback Roofing had done--no damage to anything! So much goes into getting a new roof, especially when replacing one that has skylights. I contracted with JR & R Concrete to replace a concrete slab in the front of my house. In addition, there was about a one foot piece of concrete that had broken off (see pic) where they had "kind of" tried to patch it without my noticing. They were quite expedient at cashing my check after they poured the slab. And my contact at the company repeatedly reminded me of their quality and their 10-year warranty. However, when I asked them repeatedly to repair these two issues over many many weeks - they were not too efficient. They did eventually come out and repair the paint overspray. However, the broken piece was never repaired. Many weeks of promises by them to repair the damage and finish the job - but nothing, I finally had to hire another concrete company to finish the job. These are some texts from my contact at JR & R Concrete: "Been busy gonna send a guy to fix it ill let you know when tommorow" [They sent this to me weeks ago - no follow up.] "Were out of town working that's why it hasn't been repaired we are in Moore Oklahoma working been here for 2 weeks be patient nothing crucial easy fix we will be back this weekend We will fix it when we're back in town" [That was 2 weeks ago - no follow up.] My advice with JR & R, caveat emptor.

The roof remained incomplete for another month until they corners finally started coming up. I called and complained to them and finally someone showed up to install the metal coping material around the parapet. The guys who installed the roof put the nails on the wrong side and coping material didn't cover up the nail holes. They also failed to pay the installer and he's calling me all the time about his money. I now have to complete the roof which cost another $3K and figure out a way to get the metal company some money for their work. I paid them $14K for this roof and will be out probably another $6K to finish it. Everyone's complaint about this company is right. They are crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We plan to sue them just to get these issues on their company record.

The first big difference we saw in owner Keith came when he we the only roofer that didn't use a drone and respectfully worked with the insurance adjuster so to help insure our claim wouldn't be denied again. Keith came highly recommended by people that are respected members of local communities. After meeting with Keith, I understand why. He is always around, is highly schooled and an expert on the different grades and brands of Shingles, and most impressive, Keith uses just one crew for his residential work! That speaks volumes as most roofers use whatever crew is avaliable. When it came time to pay them, the estimate number was exactly what we paid. It is difficult to say how much we value and appreciate the workers and the job they did without sounding like we are exaggerating. We aren't. We trust them. So much so that we are recommending Pro Construct Roofing LLC to family and friends. Even had the gall to say that despite it leaking, it is not a workmanship or materials issue. Two other contractors both stated that they would like to do the repairs and gain some additional work, but they were sure that this should be covered by the contractor warranty. I ended having to pay ~$1450 to fix something that they messed up. We discovered several areas where corners were cut. Needless to say, I do not recommend Pro Construct Roofing.
