One of which asked if we needed anything, but didn't get up from half way lying on the bed. Inventory was pitiful along with the overall cleanliness of the store. No sales were posted only full price tags and some close outs here and there. As we were leaving the store the one employee working that was standing at the register asked where apparently another dog was at. So sad to see how this store has declined with change of ownership. At this point just close this eye sore for all of our sake.

Let me start off by saying I've never left a negative review on Yelp before…read more So.. I purchased a brand new front load Samsung washer and dryer set from this store last month. The salesman was knowledgable and friendly. We couldn't have been happier with the transaction. Delivery/installation wasn't the smoothest but the guys were nice. When things started going south: Immediately after I started using the washer, it started making knocking/banging noises during use. I called the store and the manager said it sounds like they may not have removed all the pins. He said he would call me back but I didn't hear back for over 2 weeks so I called the corporate Sears repair number on the brochure -fortunately for us, I'd purchased the additional Sears repair warrantee. Sears repair also said there should've been 4 pins removed and that delivery would call us back to schedule a time to remove that last pin. I didn't hear back for over a week so I called the store; the manager said 30 days has passed so it's no longer in his hands. He was very unhelpful, unapologetic, and couldn't care less that we've been having such troubles with our purchase. We've always had such positive experiences with Sears in any other city we lived in. I'm so disappointed and will not be returning to this store for any future purchases. My advice for potential customers: if you have any issues with a purchase, move quickly and keep calling; don't wait for them to call you. I don't know what I would have done without the additional warrantee.

They have good prices, but they have no problem suggesting you go to Lowes or HD if you can't find an item. Overall a very good selection of items, just like what you'd need living in a small town. I try to support this business, even if I know I can save a couple dollars by shopping at Lowes, because the folks at builders cash and carry genuinely appreciate their customers and try hard to help.

I and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchases from them. As I looked around their chainsaws and their selection of lawnmowers and power tools, I thought their prices were very fair. The chainsaw I purchased (Stihl) they immediately serviced it and made sure it was running properly, and then made sure I knew how to start it! Again I am very happy with the service I received there, and I was treated well regardless of the size of my purchas.

Including a Husqvarna weed eater less than a year old and used only twice. Common diagnosis is unrepairable. It was worth driving 20 mins anywhere else to get the mower I wanted PLUS ACCESSORIES for 3k less than what they quoted for basic model with front runflats. Don't know how they are still in business.....
