If this was based on her service alone it would be a perfect score. I was told that a permit would be pulled, and once received work could be scheduled to begin. I paid the deposit on 4/16. I called on 4/30 to get an update and was informed by Tony that the permit was received and that work would be scheduled for 14 days from then. On May 15th, I still hadn't seen them or heard anything, so I messaged Jen to see what was going on. Tony reached out later that afternoon and told me they would be out on 5/18 at approximately 2:00pm to dig the footers. Once completed, they would have the city inspect the footers so concrete could begin being laid. Today (5/18) I received a call at 11:15am informing me that the crew chief of the team assigned to do the work for me was "not feeling well" and they would be late digging the footers. It would be tomorrow morning possibly. A 3-hour notice to cancel/reschedule isn't ideal, especially as I had to juggle my schedule to ensure I'd be there for their arrival. At this point I am questioning when or if this will get done at all. I have had to keep putting off my concrete people until these footers are dug and inspected. They are starting to become frustrated with the delays and schedule changes as well. We're starting to feel a bit of buyer's remorse at this point and wondering if we made the right decision to move forward with this company. When the work is finished, I will come back and update this review either positively or negatively based on the experience going forward.
