We added a new bank of cabinetry in the breakfast nook- that slab will be ready soon and they will be back out. My house has some odd angles- and the kitchen especially- I am so happy with the attention to detail with the install and how gorgeous the quartz countertop is! Excellent pricing too. And they were accommodating to us having to reschedule the install because of a damaged cabinet. Great communication, customer service, product and craftsmanship!!! This company came HIGHLY recommended by both my flooring guy and someone I know in the cabinet business. John and I went in to browse their inventory and get a quote. Now- I will say, we went to a different company that had a much bigger selection- but the prices were easily doubled. I am waiting to get one more quote before deciding- but the price point here really has me wanting to go with them! The young lady who took us around explained the different tiers in pricing and the difference in materials. I wanted quartz- but was open to looking at granite. John and I found a middle ground- seeing how what he liked was not what I wanted and some of my taste was not what he wanted. We narrowed it down to one and I anticipate going back in to look one more time before choosing and accepting the quote. I've dealt with four or five shops in the past back in NY so I was familiar with pricing and the process already and felt very good about this place after going in to view samples. They came out right away after we submitted our deposit to template and didn't even require the old counters to be off in order to do so- awesome so we didn't have to go without counters and a sink for any amount of time between template and install!! They came back the following week to install. It was a very fast and efficient process. Everyone we dealt with from Crystal in the office to the template man to the installers were timely, friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the quality of the work done and were especially thrilled they were able to make the large sink area in one cut with no seams. I'd recommend this shop to anyone!

They had a large selection of remnants we made our choice on a Monday and by Friday they installed our countertops and they look great. The crew that did the installation was very professional, clean, and very fast. They even gave us some advice on countertops that we are going to replace in the very near future. If you are looking for someone with reasonable pricing (by the way) they were about a third less than anyone else, fast service, and great service these are the people you need to deal with.

She sent a picture to verify what it looked like. When delivered the top was yellow greenish and certainly not matching the cabinet that they made. She refused to replace it or the shower bench or offer compensation in any way. She was extremely rude and aggressive. She said if I did not pay in full they would put a lien on my property. Avoid her and this company at all costs. I sent multiple pictures that clearly indicated what it looked like to no avail. Even the drawer to the cabinet was a piece from another project as it had hinge holes drilled out. She refused to replace the door as well. Just a terrible experience from someone who just doesn't care.
