We are a few days out from our backyard transformation and are so happy. After two puppies joined our household in September 2022, we faced challenges in the backyard with dirt and mud. We tried replacement with a more durable sod, but faced the same problems with torn up grass, dirt, mud and digging. Don't expect call backs or any type of customer service. An arborist came to my home, quoted a good price and made an appointment for my dead palm to be cut down the following day at 1:30 pm. I waited until 3 pm to contact Joesph who never responded to texts or voice mail. A call to the office resulted in no explanation, or apology. The company doesn't seem to care about their reputation or losing work. So I suggest you not bother contacting this company because it seems they don't need the work. read more
