Poor workmanship! We…read morehired the company to remodel our house. For the office, old floor was removed and new floor was installed with luxury vinyl plank. However, the floor starts cupping and creates large gaps under the trim which allows cold air from the garage to flow in. The window trims installed also have large gap underneath, on top or on the side. Bathroom tiles installed are crooked and uneven. Some with grouts on top of the tile. The grouts also start having crack and holes on them after a month. The bathroom sink leaks and the shower hot/cold water is on reverse. We called the company to fix the problem, and they promised to stop by with a time and date. However, no one stopped by and we did not get any notice. After couple unsuccessful attempts to have them stopped by, they blamed us for not giving them reasonable time to respond even though they were the ones who made the appointment to stop by in the first place. We stopped contacting the company out of frustration and headache. There are also minor issues such as bedroom door not closing properly. Overall, very disappointed at the poor workmanship on the jobs done.

The areas which were repointed with new mortar blend nicely with the original giving the appearance that no repair work was ever done there. The quality of their work is professional and meticulous, and the price was reasonable for the amount of work completed. The project manager Alvin and his supervisor Julian both fail to return calls. At one point I questioned why they reported they sprayed a solution on my walls when they didn't (it gets billed) and Julian's reply was "maybe the technician was thinking about doing it" he expressed that he was very busy, almost to say as if I'm not. He will answer no questions with certainty and sigh like you're bothering him by calling. Alvin will blatantly just not call you back. He will say he's going to email things to be transparent and correct mistakes they have made in the past but then never follow through. At one point that had 3 dehumidifiers in my house but only 2 were running (but they'll bill for 3). They had the technician show up at any time he wanted even though we had specific scheduled times. This company is a scam and unreliable. I would never recommend someone to trust them to do the right thing when it comes to their home. The days we spent going back and forth with them and trying to get calls back, could have potentially caused our house to have further damage. I can only imagine the insurance fraud they have going on here.

I've had so many hang-ups about getting the decks cleaned because I have two little dogs and I worried they might be impacted by the chemicals. Nick answered my request and assured me that the chemicals that they use dissipate so they would not harm my dogs. He gave me an appointment for the following week. He and his colleague, Mark, even showed up 10 minutes early to set up. They used a high powered pressure wash system. They were very thorough. They got the decks done in a couple of hours. They weren't cheap but I paid for a high quality thorough job and that's what I got. They were courteous, hardworking, knowledgable, professional and helpful. I would hire them again. Some areas of my deck had darkened over time and they brightened them up. They reminded me to stain/ seal the decks afterwards. Here are some photos of the results.
