When we had them back out to do the basement stairs and carpet I had the pleasure of meeting their installation team. These are some of the nicest guys I have had at our house doing work. Not seeing any hanging area rugs, i reluctantly asked about area rugs and she/Karen threw us an answer I didn't expect..."we don't carry area rugs (per say) but we have a good selection of remnants you could choose and we would cut and finish for a custom area rug." Of course I thought this would be exspensive, right? SURPRISE, it was a little LESS than the box store!...AND for a very small bit more, we finished our scrap left (10' x 25") for a matching runner!?! Not a huge selection, but again, they are being phased out on the natural fireplaces. My Husband and his Brother did the installation themselves bc KBL's guy was having surgery and doing it ourselves saved a lot on labor. Kevin at KBL was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build.
