In my case, they allowed my contractor to take wood and then allowed me to pay for it later. They are a very good business. Their lumber is better than the stuff I've seen at retailers (Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards) and competitively priced. Combine that with a business that will help you if you buy the wrong stuff or need to get more stuff quickly, and you have a winner.
