Terrible customer service. Employees watch you in the aisles. Older female cashier was racist, incompetent, rude and needs more training.

Great place to do business with, they are very knowledgeable and efficient. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Hardware store of my dreams! Went in looking for new gas connections for my dryer and stove and honestly had no idea of what I needed. I'd been over to the big box stores day before and everyone who knew anything was "on lunch for another 20 minutes". Was immediately greeted by a lovely mustachioed man named Martin (thank you again, Martin!). He walked me through what I needed to do and guided me around the various aisles picking up parts. You could feel the difference in the confidence and expertise of the employees here (this is the first small hardware store I've been to for projects)- they're professional, hardware nerds! Martin even had that goofy sense of humor so not only was the trip very efficient, it was quite fun. I go to this particular store for a wide variety of needs, tools and random odds and ends. Every time I ask for help I get great service from them. If I explain the purpose or function of the product im looking for, I usually get smart and Helpful suggestions and solutions. The cashiers there are cute and professional but I get the vibe they either hate the job or my guts. Id give 5 stars but I have had mixups with bolt and nut thread patterns fitting, test it before you leave! And theres often a line to pay at the register. read more

Employees are very helpful. We've had good luck with all the flowers and other plants we've purchased here. They are very healthy. Prices can be a bit higher than your big box stores but other times you can find some really good deals. read more

I always get my window screens replaced at Nena's. They are always finished before they are promised and I have NEVER had any problems with workmanship. Over the past 4 years, I have replaced at least 15 screens. I also have purchased flowers there in the Spring and other odds and ends. I drive in to town from 11 miles away because I so appreciate their customer service and family business style. read more

I was at Nena's last night and bought a grill... The salesman was super friendly and really knew his stuff... We are scheduled to have it assembled and delivered later next week.. I was there for quite a while trying to make up my mind.... After I got home I noticed someone left a bad review on google saying they were there waiting for over 20 minutes. I saw this person there and can honestly say she didnt wait around more than 5 minutes.. I will recommend to all my friends and family Nena !! Best employees best service around. I needed some sort of way to support art sculpture and attach an acrylic tube flush with a wood base. Some young employees helped me out as we scoured the store searching for bolts screws nuts anything! Finally the gentleman found a wood dowel rod to fit inside the acrylic tube and wood screws long enough to secure it all and steady my project! I'm definitely coming here again for any of my art projects or home needs! read more

Contrary to the gentleman from New Jersey, this place is about the best in town for window, screen, and patio door repairs. I can only imagine that after a year of abuse the frame bent and the glass popped out. They are the most forgiving store I know of, regarding returns. No receipt and a year old? Hard to prove they did the work. I've got a custom screen in my front door that has given no problems, and I have a friend that works for a large property management company in town that uses this store exclusively for window and screen repair. If the glass is cut too short, it's immediately noticeable. Not a year later. Some people just want something for nothing. read more

This is the best hardware store that I have seen. They have very knowledgeable staff that are eager to hilp. I seldom have to wait for help. They have a very complete inventory including a large selection of bolts and screws. They always seem the have what I am looking to buy. It is my favorite store. read more
