There were issues with the install and the batteries and NetZero ignored all of our calls so we ended up dealing with their supplier directly and got the issue fixed. Most recently we have found that some of their electrical work was not up to code and we have been trying to get in touch and they are not returning their our calls. DON"T HIRE THEM ... ONCE THEY GET PAID YOU WILL NOT GET ANY ASSISTANCE.

I received quotes from three other companies and decided to go with Phy. We set an appointment, which I apologetically missed due to family being in town. He understood and another appointment was made. This time I made sure we were home. His crew (no Phy this time) showed up on the appointment date a little early and was ready to get to work! Phy told me the project should only take about a day to a day and a half. My first clue that things would not go well should have started when the two gentlemen that showed up were done by midday. As I didn't have time to watch or enter the crawl space I asked them if they had done all the things that were written on the contract. The man who said he was Phy's brother said that they did remove all old moisture barrier and that he rewrapped the ducting as it was starting to fall off. He then denied that any of the other services needed to be done. I should have inspected myself I know. A little while later I was able to go into the crawl space and was not pleased with what I saw. The old moisture barrier including debris and trash was just covered with a new layer of moisture barrier. Insulation was falling down already less than a month after install. The water line was not wrapped as per the contract. The strips of wood they used to secure the insulation were already starting to fall off. There was no wall treatment but to my fault as i did not state so in my communication with Phy or have it put into the contract. Then as I crawled further into the crawl space I find that they did not even finish. The pictures of the nice neat jobs on yelp were not what I received. Phy also told me that he found a rat carcass but the crew that showed said they didn't see one... so who is telling the truth? I tend to believe Phy at this point because all else that was wrong with the install, which means somewhere I have a dead rat in my crawl space. I promptly email Phy and to his credit he quickly replied, apologized, stated he was out of town, and would resolve the issue as soon as he came back. I received no reply in the timeframe he gave. A few more emails with no reply. I then stated I would be leaving a negative review and got a reply. Phy told me he was out of the country with a family emergency and apologized. I get it. When you own your own small business, family things come up and prevent you from being able to do business. (See above that I missed our initial appointment due to family.). Phy replies that he needed to check his schedule and would get back to me. No response. I waited. No response. I tried emailing again. No response. I have tried phone calls with no response. Not sure how else to get a hold of him. Granted my house is better than it was when we had no insulation but I had hoped for better service and quick replies as I started with. Phy does offer a one year warranty but so far that isn't helping me.

He was very knowledgeable and offered several options to meet our needs. We were on a tight schedule with our remodel project - and he was willing to accommodate working around other contractors.
