He left our home at Norris Lake a mess with saw dust & wood shards on everything. He allowed subcontractors access to our home & they improperly installed our flooring. In addition, Ty & or these workers stole boxes of our hardwood flooring & broke our deck stairs as they carried either the flooring or some heavy equipment on it. This "dishonorable" con didn't have the decency to tell us & didn't admit to it until we confronted him! He Doesn't deserve one star but Yelp won't permit post with zero! DO NOT HIRE THIS CON!!!!

Counter tops had chips and cracks where they cut them and other areas. They were not level at all and needed to be fixed by them for a second time and still aren't straight in areas. They didn't seal the counter tops to the wall the first time they were here. Also installed my sink incorrectly that I had leaking and water under my sink and cabinet. I went 4 days without a sink and supposedly fixed it for the second time yet guess what, my sink is still leaking. I would never hire them ever again. Be aware of the quality of work provided and if the job is even finished.
