Before my wife could change lanes some debris flew off of a big truck and hit her window causing a chip in the windshield. She took a picture of the truck and LP and sent it to me. I called the number and got a voice mail. I called the number 4-5 more times because I personally do not answer numbers I don't recognize unless they call me several times in a row and then i know it is urgent and I answer. On the 5th or 6th call a male answered the phone and was very upset. He said he was in a meeting and didn't have time for my 5 or 6 calls and if someone wasn't dying he didn't have time for my call. I told him I was a retired cop and know to call 911 if there is an emergency and that one of his trucks dropped some debris and it hit the windshield of my wifes car and caused a crack. He told me he was in a meeting and didn't have time for this "shit". I told him the reason I called so many times was to report this in a timely manner. He then called me a "Mother Fucker" and hung up. I have yet to get a call back. I read many reviews online before calling this company. Most reviews were positive and talked about how the company was great to work with. I was hopeful that I could reach some type of middle ground over the damage. If debris falls off of a vehicle and causes damage to another vehicle, they are responsible for the damage. This was a true test of the moral character of this company. I'm sure they treat you great when you are paying them money for service, but when you call with a complaint, that is the true test of the character of the people involved. I now have my answer. I would guess this happens a lot when you own big trucks. Its a shame that I got the response that I did. Would have given less than one star but wasn't given the option.

Wish I could give them Zero stars, very unprofessional, can't depend on rescheduled from 6/21 to…read more7/1 to 7/13 and just flat out lied about being on a schedule. Would not ever recommend or use this company at all. No communication during the process until the day before they are supposed to be here and then cancels over and over. Jared and Jerry just don't care about the customer at all because they have enough business, it's business slows hope everyone will consider another company to use. I sure did!!
