The pipes began to leak due to our home shifting from contractors drilling near our property for nearly a month straight, 12 hours a day. After a long battle with this utility company, the city, and our insurance company, we reached out to Restoration 1 to address the growing mold issue as a start to our long (and continuing) journey with getting our property back to it's previous state, before it began to settle form the drilling. From the VERY BEGINNING, the owner (Craig) and sales manager (Mike) were extremely patient, professional, and COMPASSIONATE when we initially spoke with them on the phone, and in person when they arrived at the initial consultation, and at EVERY work day when they installed equipment and insulation (about 4 days straight). They communicated with our insurance company and were able to help us get a more favorable resolution for our claim. These are GOOD PEOPLE, with GOOD WORK ETHICS, who do GOOD WORK, and are RESPECTFUL all the way around. I cannot thank them enough for such a positive service experience during what was a challenging project for me and my family.
