Communication from the get go was excellent starting from New Years Day when I first reached out. Always responded quickly. I have had some really bad experiences in the past with contractors (especially drywall) and my husband is extremely picky so I was very nervous! I will definitely use this company again for any future work and highly recommend them. Alfredo Reyes is who did our work. He did speak very little English, but the only time we really needed to communicate (confirming arrival time for the next day) we texted the company and they answered immediately, so that was a non-issue. Alfredo was friendly, always on time and cleaned up very well. The job was completed quickly and on time. The price for the job was also very reasonable. Very, very pleased.

Preferred Quality worked with the insurance company and MULTIPLE other contractors to get my job completed. They set up the removal and reinstallation of solar panels. It was done on the day they said. After the removal, the roof was done in ONE DAY. My home is over 4,000 sq feet so this was a large job. Gutter contractor came as they promised and gutters were installed with one day. All debris was cleaned up. Roof and gutters look great and make the home a lot more attractive.
