As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. He did a good job and the price was very reasonable.

I have worked with a lot of contractors, painters etc. over the years and experienced listening to excuses, broken promises, flat out lies and price gouging. Hiring Lazio completely restored my faith in working with a contractor, because never once did he attempt to mislead or overcharge me. He is fair, truly a man of his word and did everything he promised. Actually he did even more than he promised, thats how much he cares about the quality of work he does.
